My son and I went in for the new chicken sandwich. Floor was sticky, service was meh. Fries tasted stale, drinks had something floating in it, and the new honey bbq chicken reminded me of the bbq canned little Vienna sausages. Completely meh experience. The sandwich was advertised at $4 but the combo was $12. Those stale fries were not worth 4 bucks.

Manager just told us he wouldnt take our order because he had on line orders just come in. We stood at the counter and the manager stated this twice in about 5 minutes. Another employee tried to get us to stay, and he was super nice about it, but the manager re-stated they had on line orders and we wouldn’t be served for a while. People standing at the counter should be served before on line orders just coming in. Terrible experience.

Online order for 5 tenders was 15 minutes late for pickup. Then the tenders were nugget size. I showed then manager and then he counted them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in front of me and 5 customers in a condescending way and said you got 5. It took all my patience not to jump the counter.

The manager,Robert, look at me and then went back to his cubicle to hide. I stood there waiting for service for 10mins then a young man, Eli, who was the only one I saw working, tried to get the manager to come help me. This order had been called in 20mins before and had not been started. I had to wait a total of 25 min before the order was done, but the order had been on their screen for 40mins. This manager really hates his job. And im looking for work and have many years experience Managing. Im going to apply for his job.

This is the best KFC restaurant in Brevard County by far.
They are the only KFC that sells chicken livers which are amazing. Taste and Cost.
I can’t post photos because I want to make sure there are some livers for me and I live in Merritt Island.

It’s kfc not great but not bad. It’s definitely an outdated location. Service is ok at best. I will warn you if your driving a large vehicle full size suv or truck avoid the drive thru it’s tight.

I stopped for a bucket of chicken. I waited 10 minutes while they served the take out window. When I got home the chicken was dried out & the wings were tiny & looked 2 days old. Potatoes were cold and they forgot the gravy. The biscuits were excellent. Our supper was not very good.

Still nice people. Got free chicken for my pups.
A little issue due to headset failure but it was resolved. However my side was fries and I got Mac & cheese .. but other than that. Really nice place and drive thru.

Worst experience ever with anyone in the food industry. I did a mobile order and when I picked it up it looked like it was missing a lot of food purchased. I made a comment about usually its more food and saw that the order receipt had everything I ordered so said OK and left. If u do go here be sure to not trust the employee and check ur food. I got home and had 20 wings vs an 8 piece with 2 sides and a dessert.
My wife went back to get the order fixed. She called me to tell me they hooked us up for their mistakes. She gets home and I have everything ordered. The catch was 3 breats or I think they were and only 1 leg. All of them were extremely dry. We ended up eating the 2 sides and threw out the chicken. At least I have my dessert or thought I did. The dessert was not fully cooked and was still cold. I will never do KFC again.
