Food always comes out great! And when I say I want extra of something, they give me EXTRA. Which I appreciate as a fellow extra extra mayo and pickles on my sandwich type of person. I usually always have the same order and they picked up on it, glad to see they strive to remember regulars and their orders!

My order never changes, and is incredibly simple. I always make it clear I want “mikes way, but no onions, please”. This location consistently takes the orders of all customers in line, clogging up the pay area, and clearly allowing the employees to make mistakes when they forget the order they took 5 patrons ago when it comes time to actually assemble it. 9/10 times my sandwich has onions in it. Sometimes it has mayo added, or other various ingredients. I can’t correct this during assembly – how am I to be sure which is actually *mine* when they’re taking 8+ orders at a time? And I don’t want to be *that* person so I find out once I open the bag.
Beyond the poor method for taking orders, every. Single. Time. I go here, an employee is complaining about customers. The manager herself, does not stop this, she will also instigate these conversations in front of her current line of patrons. I’ve seen the reviews here, and on local Facebook groups. The consensus is the attitude and poor precision of orders makes this location unbearable.
I get having bad days. I understand how some customers can be. But how can it be the customer 10/10 times, and you’re letting it spill over to be conversed about in front of others? And clearly, with the amount of mistakes I’ve faced here, some complaints are warranted.
Happy to avoid this location – officially.

Firstly, the issue of cups for self-service soda machines has been promptly addressed. Now, customers can conveniently enjoy their favorite beverages with the availability of cups, eliminating the inconvenience I encountered during my earlier visits.
Moreover, my recent order of the Italian (13) giant-size sandwich was an absolute delight. The excessiveness of oil and vinegar has been expertly adjusted, resulting in a perfectly crafted and far less messy ‘Mike’s Way’ sub. Notably, my specific requests for mustard and mayo were handled with precision and care, showcasing a remarkable improvement in sandwich preparation.
I also observed positive changes in the overall customer service. The team, including the manager, demonstrated exceptional politeness and efficiency. A fellow customer had an issue with his order, and the manager swiftly and graciously resolved it, leaving a lasting positive impression.
It’s evident that the management has made commendable efforts to enhance the customer experience. This transformation has reinstated Mike’s Subway as my preferred choice for lunch, and I am confident that others will also appreciate the positive changes.
