Came in last night for my mobile order, it was busy and I didn’t care it was busy I was fine waiting but when you have an employee talking to the customers like the dude was last night makes me not want to come back basically calling us jobless because we wanted food at 1 am. I’m sorry people are wanting food after work. Loved Burger King but won’t be coming back again.

Piss poor experience here I’m a washer an this is how I provide for my family since the refused to make the orders that was place threw doordash said the kitchen was a mess an they refused to make any food at the time an was refusing orders even to the public 1/26/2026 at 8:00 pm so there refusing to fill those orders cost me 31.92 for the delivery if you can’t maintain a clean environment for your customers an the doordash company an there employees then you might want to stop talking on your phones an updating your Facebook status why your at work this a place of employment not your hang out

They sent to much time remodeling the store and not enough time hiring quality employees. I went through with my uncle and daughter this past week. Placed an order for the Farmhouse King meal, Bacon King meal with a chocolate shake and kids meal. NO BACON on the Bacon King. No onions but it had bacon on the Farmhouse King. Shake was not full and was more like milk. Had no thickness of anykind. Contacted customer service and was informed a manager was to contact me in attempt to make it right. No contact. Giving three stars only to this being the first time I’ve ever experienced a problem there or at any BK in the area.

The food quality has decreased tremendously and the quantity is ridiculous. The whopper jr meal costing over $8 and the burger is thin and doesn’t fit the bun, fries were cold and not full in the box but the soda was on point. I’m disappointed in you BK. Not certain I’ll be back.

Paid for bacon to be added to my chicken sandwich. I also ordered fries, cheesy tots and a chicken wrap. I didn’t even get my sandwich, manager reached out by email offering a 5 coupon. So I still ended up buying lunch for me and a friend then I didn’t get to eat. The coupon takes 24 hours to be added. Paying money for CRAP services

Although I don’t eat out much, I love the whopper juniors. I went there today. Great employees, great food The only thing I was dissatisfied with is there were three TVs,one with kid shows, one with the sports show, which was great, but you could not even hear them bcause on the other side the farthest away from me Fox News was on blasting I would rather not eat lunch and hear politics. We need to have shows we can relax and enjoy during our lunch. This is every day not just today.

The last three times I’ve gone to either pick up my order I placed on the Burger King app or gone through the drive through my food has been wrong.
I’ve gotten chicken fries instead of mozzarella sticks
Spicy chicken with everything on it when ordered plain
A spicy chicken drowned in there royal sauce when it was also requested plain.
They have always been very quick to fix it and are generally nice except for the worker working the window where they hand out food they where on there phone and acted annoyed the second time I got the wrong food.
Managers there are amazing have always been quick to fix whatever went wrong.
