Today when I came to pick up the order, 3 large drinks were not included. If I hadn’t noticed, the customer would have received an incomplete order. Please be more careful with packaging and order checks, as this causes issues for both customers and drivers

Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order at their self service kiosk; I had to walk away because it took them forever. It was not like they were busy at all, there were at least three employees inside and there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru. The good thing, I was paying cash.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they acted like we were an inconvenience.
On top of that, their behavior felt unethical — ignoring orders, making snide remarks, and showing zero accountability when mistakes were pointed out. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue, they doubled down with attitude.
This isn’t just about bad food or slow service — this was a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I’ll never come back to this location, and I’ll be warning friends and family to avoid it too.
Taco Bell corporate really needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run.

Update: on Saturday July 26th around 840 they couldn’t take my order, straight up refused, because drive through has to be closed for shift change and it would be 30 minutes before they would take another order. It seems this place gets more and more portsmouth like by the day. Terrible look for the brand and Portsmouth as a whole. Like how do you mess up one of the easiest jobs available so bad you cant even do it? Only in Portsmouth by Portsmouth for Portsmouth.
Rarley are they open on time. Normally opening late. The food is barley recognizable taste wise to any other taco bell. It’s like they don’t make the sauces in advance so they just don’t put them on at all. Anything “Supreme” ends up being a wet tortilla with little meat. And they forget things in the order regularly. I used to be excited to have my favorite fast food so close but now it’s just sad.
