I live 4 minutes from this place and have never seen it but I’m happy to have found this place tonight. I ordered oxtails and white rice and it came out delicious as the meat was tender, flavorful, and just the way I like it. If you like spicy this is for you! The lady there put gravy all over my rice and it was the best I would go again. Staff very friendly

Hubby had oxtail, I had jerk chicken.
We are visiting the area and when we spotted this place, we knew we’d have to try it before we left.
First, the atmosphere was very welcoming! It feels less like a restaurant or roadside Cafe and more like visiting a close friend. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and the beautiful young lady at the helm even provided us with tastes of the food we ordered as they prepared it, like Mama does.
Then came the food. Exquisite jerk chicken, that practically fell off the bone, moist and loaded with flavor! It was served with rice and peas, which were plentiful, a small salad and some fried plantains that I’d never had before but now love. The mild sauce seems to be an in-house specialty, sweet and tangy with that beautiful burn on the back end.
The oxtail was tender, flavorful, and made to perfection. These ladies definitely put their foot in it!
If you find yourself looking for delicious, stick to your ribs and set fire to your lips kinda place and are in the Mt Pocono area, please do your taste buds a favor and look no further! If I could give more stars, this place definitely earns it!

Jerk chicken was amazing! I was driving by and stopped in for some food. Everyone was very friendly and explained the options and differences in the sauces available. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with delicious hot food. I will definitely be back for more!

If you’re ever in the area, Yaadie is definitely the place to go. I’m always very skeptical about trying new Jamaican restaurants but, Yaadie did not miss!!!!
I ordered curry goat with rice rice, a beef pattie and two pineapple soda. The curry goat was amazing! However, their pattie IS TO DIE FOR.
They were super sweet and the aroma of the food will capture you from the moment you walk in. I ended up purchasing 3 more pattie for the road. A must visit.

This place is a take out only place. I got the curried goat. I got a small platter of it and it was still pretty big. It’s not the cheapest, but the flavors live up to the price tag.

The environment is friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. I brought my friend to Pennsylvania and introduced her to Yaadie’s Jamaican Cuisine, and she felt at home. We ordered the oxtails and curry goat with rice, peas and salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for the good atmosphere, conversation and delicious food.

I live just around the corner from Yaddie AJC. I love this place it’s a small slice of delicious Jamaican atmosphere! The Curry Goat with rice and beans is fantastic. The people are warm and friendly. Hi highly recommend the experience!

WOW.. I’m from NYC aka yard food capital of the world outside of Jamaica. I have tried many and I mean many Jamaican restaurants in my life some with really good food .. but the food from this place is like tasting mi granny pot . This has to be in my top 3 Jamaican restaurants based taste and portion size. My plate was full to the brim and the food was filled with flavor. I had the jerk chicken juicy and filled with flavor not the I forgot to season the jerk chicken flavor but baked into it flavor and the curry goat was juicy and soft no chewy but cooked and seasoned to perfection. The rice and peas was awesome it just made everything right . But don’t take my word for it go try it yourself and if you don’t like it bring yours come so I can finish it. .. dear owners please bring a restaurant to Queens NY. So I can eat there cause y’all way to far .
