I’ve never had any problems with this Jersey Mike’s until today. Unfortunately, they forgot a sandwich that was part of my order, but they quickly resolved the issue and upgraded my sub to a giant! Staff are very friendly and the food is always great!

Stale bread is about the worst thing that can happen to Jersey Mike’s and it happened here. Also my order was slightly wrong so that was another a minor inconvenience. When I walked in no one said anything to me for 2-3 minutes or even looked up while only 1 other person was in the store.
Corporate restaurants need to have consistency across locations and this one misses! Northvale is 5 stars.

I Ordered on door dash and in 3 different times I have had 3 wrong orders. Door dash apologizes but I am always left ordering from somewhere else. I call the store and they don’t care. So I went to the location to inquire and they made me wait for a manager who never showed up. They basically ignored me. While there I observed a dirty place with employees with no client orientation skills and negative attitudes. Go next door to the deli and pizza place. This place does not deserve your businesss.

We just came from Jersey Mike’s, and shortly after eating, I started having diarrhea. While we were there, I noticed something extremely concerning: the employee making our sandwich was also cooking someone else’s Philly cheesesteak. He put the raw meat on the grill, and then — without changing his gloves — started preparing my sandwich.
That’s a serious cross-contamination issue. You can’t play with people’s health like this. I even told him politely, “Could you please change your gloves?” and instead of fixing it, he gave us a nasty attitude. But before he already had an attitude face because I asked him to toast our bread.
What makes this worse is that I checked your reviews, and I saw someone reported the exact same problem a year ago. Management’s response at that time was, “Reach out to us, we’ll make it right.” Clearly, nothing was fixed — your employees are still making the same dangerous mistake.
This isn’t acceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the county health department and the municipal health division for inspection and follow-up.
Public health and food safety are not negotiable.

They let a random person cut in front of me and order a huge order because it was my first time at jersey mikes and I was waiting at the cash register instead of the deli slicer.

I ordered a phyllo cheese steak and it was really tasty but I think is really expensive at $16, however the reason for my rating was due a girl that was in the back by the door. She was using her phone as a mirror as she was popping out a pimple on her cheek, it was really disgusting to watch and would not want to come back here.

Leul and Zach need a raise IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never encountered such professionalism in all my experiences at the Jersey Mike franchise. Not only was my order timely, and brought to me respectfully, but they went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had with a delivery app. These two people reminded me that there are kind people in this world and that when you are in a place of need, that others will show up to give you the service you deserve. They supported me without bias, and as someone disabled, it is rare to get a dining experience that is accessible and thoughtful. Well done to these two workers!!! I would love to get a callback from a manager to rave about them even more if I haven’t already called the store to rave about them to the manager already. Great job!!!

The two young adults working this evening were wonderful! Made a beautiful and huge sandwich and the store was shiny and clean! Excellent value compared to a regular overpriced deli!
