Place an order through the app and pick it up , simple enough right? You’d think but no. Didn’t even give me what I asked for when I picked up my order. Avoid this location because CLEARLY folks don’t know how to read. I asked for a supreme croissant and a breakfast jack sandwich, no ham on both sandwiches. I get sausage on one and they didn’t even bother to put the cheese that’s SUPPOSE to go on the sandwich. The other, they didn’t take the ham off. It wasn’t even busy when I arrived, so to mess up an order that was pretty damn simple is unacceptable.

My daughter’s card was locked, I had to call the bank to have it unlocked. Upon entrance to the facility employees were very disrespectful and had an attitude!!!! My daughter is 13, and went with an older sibling. Card was declined at drive thru! So she went into complete purchase where she was down graded for the transaction. And continued to talk in Spanish to another employee throwing up her hands, it’s known when someone is talking down on you!!!!! I tried calling the facility 3x and no answer! Learn how to interact with people and deal with such issues correctly, rather than being ugly to kids…. 830pm 9/19/25

Do Not Go Here @ Night!!!! The drive thru was ultra fast. A nice young lady took my order and money. She also gave me my shake and sprite. But an older gentleman quickly shoved my 2 food bags at me. I thought,”That’s quick!” Well I only live 2 blocks away, come to find that the curly and regular fries were dry old and cold, an immediate turn off, but then the jumbo jack and chicken bacon ranch had white lettuce! So I replaced my lettuce but could do nothing about the fries. I didn’t want to call and complain bc they’ll do bad things to your order, if they do anything at all. I’m very disappointed that I chose them over everyone else on summit to give my last $24.75 to, after my wife got home from work on a @1:30am closing shift. However, I chose them and got screwed for dinner. I had to apologize to my wife who hadn’t eaten all day. Please… if you care about your meals. Don’t go to the Jack in the Box on Summit in North Fontana after they close the lobby. Facts!!!

Everytime I go here on my lunch break I have a horrible experience. All of the workers absolutely ignore you in the front i stood at the front for 5 minutes before this short guy with a red shirt came and i was only picking up which was not even ready and he responded with attitude. To top it off there was a long piece of hair on my food and i did not even eat it. Managment seriously needs to step it up with these employees.

Idk why it’s so Difficult to Get a Fresh Hot Fry, then when I ask Her to remake it I get Attitude and Threats of Police and being Kicked Out. Again to A Repeat Customer who she sees several Days a Week this is How I’m Treated. Not Only that but then she Tells me She will give me a Smaller size back, if only She would of made them Fresh like I asked the 1st Time then All that Could of been Avoided.
But this Jack in Box Needs Help, Oh and they Have a small Roach Problem.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered egg rolls and fries and received a box mixed with curly fries and regular…no egg rolls!!! Called the store and they knew exactly what was wrong with the order before I said something. They claimed they would take my name down and I could come get it replaced. Went today to replace it and spoke with Jose who was very rude, didnt even look for my name and told me that they werent replacing anything. Called later to speak with manager and Jose answered and hung up on me. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!

It’s all about the tacos . On a weekend night I can eat 6-8 tacos. Don’t know what the meat filler is. But i truthfully don’t eat fast food because it’s healthy. It’s tasty and convenient . The tacos are still 2 $1,99
