I arrived in Searcy very late in the evening. After checking in at my hotel I knew where I could get a decent meal after 11pm. The food, service and atmosphere were as good as expected.

Food here was prepared very quickly this morning. Before I even had my second cup of coffee we had our full meal waiting on the table for us to enjoy.
The quality of the food was good and the service was great.
This location does need a little maintenance work. Is the air conditioners seem to have been out and is causing moisture issues within the restaurant?. For example, the salt would not even come out of the Shakers because of the excess moisture due to lack of proper air conditioning unit
Everybody here was very friendly and the restaurant seemed very clean.
The parking lot could have used a cleaning as cigarette butts or strolled about it .
The restrooms were clean, neat and orderly.

The girls working the night shift are too rude and arrogant. Their facial expressions when we arrived seemed like they don’t want any customers at that time So, as soon as we sat down, we decided to leave and go to Taco Bell. They’re nicer!

Waffle House is a unique experience. I’ve never been to any other restaurants like this. I got the hash browns with double cheese, onions and ham chunks. That and the cheese steak hash rowns bowl.

Parking was murderous one way in and out, to small. The restaurant looks great food was excellent but the server needs to be trained she was slow kept forgetting things and left us waiting for 30min and it wasn’t even busy.

What a night. Well first the employees informed me my order was stolen which is okay. I know mistakes happen BUT they made my order again and burnt my waffle to a crisp. Also my scrambled eggs look like they werent cooked for even 10 seconds. they definitely lost my business. Wont eat here again.

Went for breakfast to treat myself for the first time in a long time and it was the best! Outstanding service by the staff, my food was delivered to me quickly I was amazing might I add. My only complaint was the hair I found on my plate under where my toast sat so I didn’t catch it until I was done which is fine. I know things happen but I did not wish to pay full price for the hair that I did not order, I’m not asking for free food but a few bucks off would have made up for the side of DNA that wasn’t on the menu. I did inform my waiter that took my plates and they said nothing, no apology not a word. Beware of the shedding at this outstanding food place, because they do not care! 🙂

A couple weeks ago I ordered a double hashbrowns all the way minus tomatos…. no chili or gravy when I sit down to eat them. Today steak and eggs double hashbrowns covered chunked an topped, I get to work and sit down to eat…. no chili. Do they just not like putting everything requested? Do they not know the menu? I’d pay extra to get my hash browns right if needed.
