We went to this location on 1/26 and 4:30 to pickup a mobile app order. We had tried to add more sauce in the app, but there was no way to do it. So when we go to the window we asked for some a ranch and a bbq and the woman working very rudely said they’re .53 each. An odd number but okay. We didn’t have cash, why we used the app, so I asked if we could use Apple Pay (paying wasn’t the issue). She said yes but clearly wasn’t happy about it. So we paid 1.06 for one bbq and one ranch. She made us pull over for our food. The young man who brought it out was very nice, but the food was not. We had ordered to large fries (.75 upcharge) and instead got one large and one medium, and my husband got a baconator (key word bacon) with barely any on it. Normally I would have shrugged off the food mishaps, but after going out of her way to charge me an extra dollar and some change for two sauces I’m quite irritated our order and the up charges we paid for weren’t right.

Ordered food thru drive thru person taking orders was rude come to find out 2nd time thru he was the so called manager who sent out on the first time thru hot fries and cold nuggets and cold burgers and 1 burger didn’t have bacon on it like it was suppose to. So on my second time going through, I went straight through and the guy at the window I said are you a manager and he said yes remind you now this is the first person I seen when I first went to the drive-through. I said my food is cold, and one of my burgers is supposed to have bacon on it And it doesn’t. He said oh did you order one with the bacon? I said yeah the seven dollar biggie bag which is supposed to have bacon on it I said, but the burgers are cold and the nuggets are cold. He said I’ll fix it. Waited a few minutes. Waited a few minutes. Waited a few minutes. Finally got my food. Checked it again. The nuggets were hot and the fries, but the burgers were still cold.

Very rude staff. Very negative atmosphere I think it’s time to take the ignorant young kids out of these positions and allow grown respectful responsible adults to run these chain restaurants again. These young kids are ruining your business

I had a mobile order on 8/6, expecting a mobile order to be quicker than the normal customer service. They had me pull into the mobile order parking spot and forgot about me. I waited for 20 minutes before going in. Only to see everyone talking and my food in a bag under the heater at the fry station. Once I got my food to the car, everything was stale and actually pretty cold. The drinks were also forgotten, I had to ask for them. Then instead of making sure I was served correctly she told me to hold on while she runs another order outside.

To make it even worse I got an email for satisfaction about my mobile order and gave this same review to them and never heard from anyone from corporate or the store. Highly disappointed that this is the closest Wendy’s to my house. I avoid them at all costs.

Ordered breakfast through uber eats from this location. Instead of seasoned potatoes they sent me what I can only presume was last nights fries. They were stone cold (I live 4 minutes from the restaurant). My breakfast sandwich was overcooked and with no cheese, and my coffee was a watery mess. This location has disappointed me before, I’d refrain from ordering or getting food here.

I had to pull forward and was made to wait 10 minutes for food and then they tried to charge extra for honey mustard. They said I had to get back in line to purchase said honey mustard. Fries were cold and undersalted and the lady had attitude. Worst Wendy’s in GA possibly?

The drive through attendant Jordan was extremely rude and her manager did nothing to correct the behavior. Instead of offering a solution he was also dismissive to my very small issue. It’s very clear that the leadership is ineffective to produce employees that respect the customer or provide an environment that would promote returned business. From the reviews, this is clearly a repeated issue.

No customer service skills whatsoever! We was in the drive thru, horrible then we went inside no one was waiting ahead of us. But we stood at the counter waiting to order for 6-7 min no one acknowledged us until I said finally said something to the manager who told me that they was under staffed but no apology no nothing! Just very unprofessional..

Referring to the woman whose card was charged $200 after visiting this Wendy’s… My husband spotted the man working the drive-through take his card away from the cash register to the *right* of the window (facing inwards), turned away holding the card on a surface with his back to the window for a period of time, and then did standard procedure. Needless to say, we canceled that card. No way in hell.
