Worst experience ever. Took my daughter to get some dinner and ended up waiting over an hour after ordering and paying. Then after an hour, they tell me they are out of everything except for spicy chicken sandwiches. I told them I just wanted a refund. They said they couldn’t do that then gave me a customer service number to call. Called the number & it was grub hub. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund cause I didn’t order through grub hub. So I drove 30 min back home with no food and no refund. It was filthy in there and smelled so bad. It needs closed down. Do not recommend.

Chikfila can be busy most business days, nevertheless, I enjoy the Mac n cheese, also the fruit cup. I like their few vegetarian options. And it’s nice having a lemonade or drink without caffeine besides water occasionally. Chikfila has few menu items though that can vary overtime. For in instance, I’m not sure if the parfait is available year round or only on special occasions. Usually the Mac n cheese is available though.

Says open online, doors on restaurant say open! Go inside and employees say sorry we don’t open until 11. Then why have the doors unlocked and no signage stating such. This is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Just goes along with the theme of restaurants in the town of Monticello I guess.

I had 7 minutes left til close and they locked the doors and turned off the lights while we were rushing from across the lot…. we havnt slept in Tuesday were tired and long way from home….. so much for hospitality!!!!!! Just wanted comfort food. So rude!!!

Good was good as always at any location. However, the customer service was nothing like other locations. These people didn’t smile, barely spoke, and they didn’t know what menu items they had available. Considering I’m a huge CFA fan, this was very disappointing.

I walked all the way over here in the cold to come get me some chick-fil-a and they was closed and it’s 5:40 and it say they close at 7 on Saturdays but they not here . Wow !! No good good service at all ! I’m going to need a free sandwich meal or something! This is ridiculous!

The 3 employees up front didn’t acknowledge us as we entered(we were the first ones in around 11:45) they carried on their own conversation. Lady at register asked “What do you want?” I was anticipating friendlier service. I was very disappointed.
