Horrible experience today . Asked for a chicken bowl at lunch time. This is what I received. Cashier forgot my chips and cheese. Then forgot my drink. After reminding her politely she proceeded to roll her eyes and state anything else…..

BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE. Here they give lots of meat and lots of what you choose. They do not scrimp. They are the most consistent chain restaurant in portions, service, and efficiency. Service is always fantastic but order online to skip the line.

I’ve never been here before…so the whole experience was new. *Lacey was helping us at the counter. Super friendly. Inventory was low and or 86, she was irritated by this. Staff in the back obviously wasn’t stocking She did a great job tho. All the way thru.
*Jessica, manager was on point. She helped everyone and was on top of her employees to get stuff done. Super friendly
Bathrooms clean and even smelled fresh and clean!

I, of course, come here for the Wednesday deal. Although, I have no complaints with the taste of the food, there a couple of things to note before coming. The green and red peppers in the veggies are not cut up well. The bowl consistency is also not always the same. Some times you get a full bowl where the lid is literally holding it down and then others are so sad, you don’t even need a lid. Overall, I do recommend to stop here, but make sure you keep and eye on the amount in the bowl and ask for more if needed.

Why does every bowl need a plastic lid if customers are eating in? So wasteful! Also don’t make the customer ask for additional rice in their burrito bowl because the serving wasn’t even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I had to ask for extra rice, and the customer next in line had to also ask for extra rice due to the comically small portion.

The food is delicious and something that we crave and can’t make at home so it’s a treat to my family. I’ve noticed on recent trips that the employees don’t seem happy and just want to get you through the line. I’d give a five star if they smiled and didn’t seem annoyed. The manager is always a happy guy!

I usually don’t like chain restaurants, but this one is exceptional. I so enjoyed the cafeteria style of ordering as I am vegetarian and normally have a hard time getting what like. Ole!
