I went through drive-thru to this location today for lunch and my fries were cold. I didn’t make it far, so I came back and went inside to get a fresh order. The African American young lady with the long braids and nicely manicured nails was extremely polite and professional. She was very polite, attentive, courteous to ALL of her customers from what I observed while waiting on fresh fries. She is the reason for this 5 star review, if more people in customer service performed in this manner problems wouldn’t be a problem!!! That Coke was popping, it was strong as heck!!!

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience. I’m not one to ever write a bad review but I went through the drive through in hopes it would be fresher and hot. We ordered 50 nuggets, 2 junior bacon burgers, and two fries. Our fries were cold, the lettuce on the burgers are soggy and the burgers were cold and no bacon. The nuggets are half hot and half cold as if some were just sitting there. Looked like the workers were just sitting on their phones when we pulled up and seemed as if it was an inconvenient for them to get up. Highly disappointed with this especially when I wanted something easy after working a 10hr shift.

Ordered at around 10 pm to 10:12 pm. So they should have still been open for another hour and forty minutes. After ordering the first item, the lady at the drive-through asked, ” Is that all?” I replied “no ma’am we have a number of items” since we had a car with 4 people who wanted more than 1 item. After I said each item, I was met with “IS THAT ALL,” each time becoming more and more aggressive. Wait, time wasn’t terrible, but they forgot one of the sandwiches ordered, and we didn’t find out until we were home. The fries were luke warm and felt like they had been under the heat lamp for hours. In the chicken wrap,lettuce was rotten. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this store, but this time was enough to make me want to write a review about it.

Just went here and the food was awful. Completely inedible. And they made me wait for my order which was just one combo meal. The food was cold even after waiting for my order. The lettuce was soggy and gross and the fries were overcooked and cold. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. They need to clean house and get a new manager.

Visited many times over the years. Many times I used to bring my dog for take out order. The person at the counter knew chicken nuggets were for my dog! Never faced any issue so far. Nice!

Worst Wendy’s ever. Waited for 15 minutes after placing and paying for my order to go inside and check. Employees were standing around fist bumping and high fiving … not sure why. According to one employee, they had canceled the order. (Didn’t refund the money.) According to another employee, they didn’t cancel it, “It’s right here.” Where?, we all asked. She couldn’t produce it. Screaming and yelling ensued. Finally got the food, and yes, I trashed it. Wouldn’t trust that group with food handling. Wendy’s: if you want to fail, this store is headed that way fast.

I just ordered a large chili with cheese onion and sour cream. The worst chili I’ve ever tasted from a Wendy’s and Wendy’s is supposed to have the best. Mostly all my beans were hard (not fully cooked) and a waste of money. I also order chopped onions and received rings of onions in my chili. I hope this is not the norm for this location. Hopefully the manager can make it right with a nice “Fresh and all the way cooked” bowl of chili.

For the price of their combo meal, I felt I would have been better off going to one of their competitors. The wait was astronomical for just a simple double combo meal, which they got wrong and I had to wait even longer for the replacement burger. Everyone was waiting. Just wasn’t worth the fast food meal, especially considering the price.

Just stopped at this Wendy’s drive thru and my wife tells the person on the speaker to hold on. While we were still deciding the person comes back on the speaker with an attitude to go ahead with your order. To my knowledge the person taking your order always waits for you to say I’m ready after you tell them to hold on. Yet when they’re the ones that tell you to hold on and take their time it’s okay. SMH!! Corporate needs to train their employees for better customer service. When do you go to Chick-fil-A and have these kind of problems. This is not the first time I have a bad experience at this Wendy’s, but it is the first time I do a review. Will never visit this Wendy’s ever again!!! If I could give them a zero i would!!!
