Nomad Eatery and Uinta Brewing are the perfect Utah collaboration! Uinta brews and pours the fantastic beer while the Nomad crew handles the food. Mostly straight forward bar food but everything being done in house and handled with care. The in house Smoked Turkey Club being the big seller followed closely by the great burgers. The salads will surprise you as well with the Smoked Salmon Salad being a favorite at both locations. The Falafel is packed full of tasty herbs and the Wedge is gigantic. We have a house Black Bean Burger for the veggies and Beyond patties for the vegan. Come on in and get a cold pint of Uinta beer and some grub from Nomad. We are inside a bar so 21 years and up only. Sorry Kiddos! Dog approved patio though!

Ive driven by Uinta brewery many times always saying I need to stop in and have a beer and a bite. Finally made it!! Great pub style food. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food came out fast and hot! Great beer selection as expected being a brewery. Definitely worth the trip. We will be back!

This is the second time here in 4 years and its exactly the same. That doesn’t ever happen and I am so happy! This place has a more European vibe to how its run. Order food at the bar and they bring it to you. Wings with the white sauce were amazing just like before. Will be back next time I am in the area.

Service was good. Came during lunch so it was quieter than I suspect it is at night. I don’t drink alcohol or beer, but I’m sure their selection of brews make any beer aficionado happy.
Good food experience with homemade house potato chips in a variety of flavors. I bought a side to-go order of sour cream & onion. Fish & chips were yummy and their house made tartar was a different flavor profile I actually enjoyed.
I loved the shared sink experience once leaving the restroom, as it definitely “encourages good hygiene” as everyone can see who washes their hands and who doesn’t lol.

Happy I stumbled onto this place. It’s got a laid back atmosphere, nice place to enjoy some good beer. The food being as good as it was, was an unexpected bonus. The ingredients tasted fresh and were good quality. But what took this place over the top was the great service. Everyone was genuinely nice and attentive, and we learned a bit about local life through good conversation.

We were in the area and found this cute place for lunch. Tried the garlic parm cheese curds and the smoked turkey club sandwich. Curds were different than expected but were still good. Sandwich, fries & beer were good as well. More of a casual place – you order up front and they bring the food out to you. You get your own water & if you want to order anything additional, you go back up to the counter. More of a fast food, cafe style place than we were expecting although it was still great. Would recommend and would visit again.

Great food spot. It’s in Unita brewery so obviously the beer is amazing! The service was good, it took a hair too long for being the only people in here at the time but its a minor issue. We got the nomad burger and fries and it was delicious!

I did the falafel salad and added salmon on top. The falafel came out hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The salad had the right amount of dressing. Overall meal was great.
