This was absolutely the worst hot dog I have ever had. I usually don’t stop while still at the place to leave a review, but this was so bad.
It was tasteless, cold, and the bun was worse than day old bread.

I placed an order at 1:49 i didn’t receive it until 2:39. They gave my order to someone else and then asked if it was okay. Like no obviously its not okay that you dont know how to read a recipe. Anyways after waiting almost an hour the food was mid. I seen everyone around me come in and out while I keep talking to this box making sure they didnt give out my order just for them to give it out. Very annoying will definitely not be coming back to this sonic.

The bag was so greasy that you could’ve fried chicken in it. Could’ ve squeeze the bag and get me a gallon of gas. Damn just disappointed. Just make Sonics great again!!

I usually don’t eat after Chemo but today I said LET ME TRY SOMETHING and being that Sonic is a block away from my house I stopped there to get JUMBO popcorn chicken and baby HALF OF THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AS A BONE. I called they insisted I GET UP AND COME BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO FIX IT as if I haven’t been at treatment all morning. Attached is a photo where I tried OPENING them so you all could see the DRIED insides. Hardest popcorn chicken I’ve ever tried biting in my life.

After 2 very long very difficult weeks of work, where I was unable to get time to go to the grocery, I stopped here at 9:45pm on a saturday and ordered what I thought was a very simple, chilli cheese hot dog, tots, and a lemonade. Ive been here several times before and the food is always on point. Tonight, the hot dog was handed to me, up and down so the chilli and cheese spilled all over the bag. The tots tasted extremely off, I dont even want to think that they may have been tampered with, with something that should not be put on food. And the lemonade tasted like straight syrup even through all of the ice. I am very exhausted, very hungry and extremely disappointed. I even tipped and I was very sweet to the person who took my order. I expected to have a safe place to order something that I could actually eat before passing out from the difficult work week I had. I would have rather not made this a public post, but there is no other options on the website.

They can’t be consistent for anything. One day you might get a breakfast burrito, that’s really huge, and the next day, it’s super tiny. Often times my drinks taste more like a mixture of everything. But the only thing they do right is their shakes.

Ordered slushes, strawberry limeade and strawberry, but both barely had any strawberry flavor to them and the color was almost white. I was extremely disappointed, especially paying almost $4 for the medium and almost $3 for the small. If it wasn’t for the server, they would’ve received 1 star.

My family and I have given this location numerous chances to do better with the service. For the most part, there are a few workers that care about customer service and getting your order correct the first time. The rest don’t care and seem to take issue when you send it back, wanted your order corrected. Of course these attitudes come after the tip has been given. Ordering something as simple as a slushee can be nerve wrecking. Never enough flavor even when you order extra flavor. Never the real fruit added to the real fruit slushees. Constant omission of items ordered and even the manager has an attitude when told the order was gotten wrong. Overall, I would choose another location and see if they do better. Not worth the hassle even when you elect convenience and order of the mobile site.
