Drive thru is so slow and it’s almost on purpose. They do one person at a time, It’s like they want you to pull off. Took me 40 minutes just to get a biscuit and hashbrowns with one car in front of me! Hash browns are always hard and overcooked. Biscuits are hit or miss. Turning into the fountain inn location real quick and we all know how that turned out! Will be going to Mauldin store from now on.

I’m giving 1 start to service simply because of one person. Was rude to multiple customers and threw ketchup packets in my hand.not to mention took forever to take my order, wasn’t listened to and ended up having to get drinks remade as well. Spoke with the manager Joey and he was AMAZING. He made sure we were taken care of properly and made sure he made it right with us as well.

The lady that works the drive thru this morning needs customer service etiquette. We pulled up to place an order and after waiting my husband said “hello”. The lady comes on “what’s your order”. After we didn’t immediately respond she says “ go ahead with your order”. We drove off.
This is not the first time I’ve had this experience here. It’s so unfortunate because I enjoy the breakfast. I expect behavior like this from a young person still learning but new to life she is not. She just rude as if we are the inconvenience for her. She also appears to be in management and oil runs down hill.

Our cashier was Shimera. She was so nice and kind! The food was fresh, affordable, and the fries were crisp. We tried the new burger and a wrap. Very good, all around!

Sat in drive thru 10 minutes and finally ordered online to pickup in drive thru at 10:09am. When I finally got to the window 10 minutes later they asked me to pull up as it was not ready yet. After another 10 minutes, I got half my order and had to ask for my drink and hashbrowns. My order was finally complete at 10:42am. I’m done with Hardee’s. They are all like this. The order is never correct the first time and it’s slower than a sit down restaurant. I’m surprised the chain hasn’t filled bankruptcy yet.

I stopped in at 7:10 pm today to order some chicken tenders. I was told they do not have any. The guy didn’t seem to care nor was he going to cook any for my order. With 3 hours left till close it doesn’t seem like a big thing to ask for some chicken tenders to be prepared. I do not see how this store is still open, especially with all the other choices in this area. Do better!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Pulled up on a Sunday afternoon 4 hours before they were supposed to close and the guy at the window asks me to cancel my mobile order because they’re trying to close. The manager had been there since 4am and she was tired sitting in her car. We asked to speak with her and she wouldn’t come to the drive thru to speak with us. We left with no food that we ordered and we couldn’t reverse it either. We’re reaching out to the corporate office but again this was just all around bad service. The owner/operator or however Hardees does it needs to do better but they’ve lost a patron…

Put in an order and it was incorrect my wife called and spoke to Jennifer. Jennifer was polite understanding and professional over the phone about fixing the problem .I went back to the restaurant she was friendly and apologized and made sure I was satisfied! Because of this we will continue to purchase our breakfast from this Hardee’s on main street in simpsonville. Like I tell my employees it’s ok to make a mistake from time to time as long as you take care of the customer in the end.
