The cleanliness of this place and it wasn’t even rush hour. Food or garbage on all tables available to sit. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned so we could sit in and dine. Every time you use the kiosk there is no paper for the receipt. So go ask for one because if your order is not right you have no way to prove it! Majority of the staff are kids, they were respectful.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Service is not good. Can’t even answer simple questions, bad attitudes, food is just thrown together with other ingredients on food that shouldn’t be. Very unsanitary. Always an issue with using the App and its literally only that McDonald’s. I wouldn’t go back there but its the only option due to my location.

This place is a joke. Come in and stand here for 15min with no employee ever coming to take people’s order. Lobby is full of people. You can hear all the employees in the back laughing having social party time with their friends. Lady’s order got messed up and she yelled at them over it and didnt want it fixed cause she wasn’t waiting any longer. Very obvious this place is a huge mess!!

Update: I just looked over your reviews. Is anyone in McD management review these? Majority of reviews are negative. Unfortunately…my review is not positive. Stopped in to try McDs’ new chicken strips. Two words come to mind. Cat food. These things are your chicken mcnuggets remolded into a different shape. Im not sure what is in your mystery mix..but it doesnt pull apart easy and it doesnt look like chicken. I hadnt been here in a while since the time I was going to order a couple hash browns and I found out the cost was near 6 dollars. Not very family oriented regarding cost. I was glad to see your cost for water was minimal compared to Freelands Mcdonalds that charges 2 dollars for a glass of water even with things being ordered. I think the golden arches are unfortuneatly looking more like the fallen arches.

I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald’s and I get my grandson a Happy Meal quite often. Tonight I was so disappointed in this place. I placed my curbside order at 6:06. It was just a Happy Meal and pop. Sure it was busy but at 6:15 I still hadn’t gotten my food. They sent me a message that said it would be out shortly. I called them at 6:18 and it took them 2 minutes to answer the phone! They verified my order, said it would be right out. It was STILL another 5 minutes, so it wasn’t even ready after more than 20 minutes!! The apology sounded very insincere and was barely audible. I probably should have gone inside but it’s very cold and windy and I expected it out any second.

Overall I think all the staff try as hard as they can to meet the needs of starving (just kidding), hungry individuals. Mistakes happen and it’s not the end of the world that pickles got put on when you didn’t want them. The one thing I would like to see improve is the front counter. We have been waited on for year to have to do it on a computer isn’t easy. There have been times when I have waited to long for someone to notice I was standing there. We are all getting used to the new wave of technology, but no matter what person to person contact is still more important.

I knew better than to stop at this location, but I was extremely hungry. I ordered the filet of fish meal with extra tartar. They always charge for the extra tartar but NEVER put it on the sandwich. Today was no exception. No extra tartar, the bun was hard, fries were cold, and no ice in my pop. The girl in the drive through was too high to speak!
