The lady who took my order through drive through was kind. The food was terrible. I asked for heavy on the tongue torch sauce and instead it’s so dry. The fries were soggy and cold. I used to be a fan but I’ve given this location a chance twice. Both times terrible. Never again.

Prices advertised are not what they charge. Stopped in to pick up something quick before work and apparently the prices on the sign in the drive thru were much higher than what was posted and that they don’t change prices to match. Went to order a wings and things and was told it was going to be over 13 dollars for the meal sign has it listed at 10.29 Said they updated the prices this morning and was unable to do anything about it oh well. So if you order from them make sure your charged correctly because they don’t care.

The staff was very nice but I ordered the surf and turf and chicken bacon ranch quesadillia… I never eat zaxbys because of the experience but its been years so I gave it another try… I asked for my food to be fresh and waited so long I decided to go in and get it myself after they pulled me up….in the freezing cold with my newborn but the inside was closed…. i expected a wait but 10 to 15 in the cold… and atill received old food is crazy…..my shrimp were burnt and they still used old chicken for my quesadillia.It also tasted like the grease was old…. I spent $26.51 and didn’t eat any of it. It was soooo over cooked and it was late. I drive trucks so I couldn’t get back that night although I live in the area. I was exhausted. Very disappointed and would love to get my money back.. first pic is hard chicken, 2nd is overcooked shrimp

The food was great as usual with some amazing sweet tea. Our traveling lunch pitstop was a good one even with the traffic jam to get into the parking lot. Overall, a great visit with good food, hot and fresh. The only wild thing was a trip to the restroom to discover a code key lock on the doors, wow just a shock!

Had an unfortunate experience of missing food. The store manager called me back very promptly was polite and professional and made it right. Took a bad experience and fixed the problem going above and beyond. Much appreciated and definitely deserves another opportunity. Good customer service.

Do NOT go here! We came here the night it snowed it was November 10. I stayed in the hospital for two days with severe food poisoning. This was the only food I ate and four hours later I couldn’t stop throwing up. I had to get a total of four bags of fluid, racked up a huge hospital bill & missed days of work. I was over an hour away from home in mission hospital. I would never recommend this zaxbys ever! Please do not go here. Before we went here I saw men that worked here running outside playing in the slow I believe they did not wash their hands and they served me tampered food! I’ve never been so sick in my life!!! I will never eat zaxbys again! I know this came from zaxbys because it’s the only thing I ate. We were in traffic for hours. I have four kids and they all ate at McDonald’s and not one person got sick besides me! I got an order of the veggie egg rolls & fries. I was so dehydrated that my bilirubin was so high they did multiple ct scans because they thought something was wrong with my liver. After they realized i did not have liver failure or hepatitis they said this was severe food poisoning & it was something i ate within the last four hours. I ate zaxbys around 8:30pm I woke up at midnight and could not stop throwing up. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I was terrified in Asheville, away from home. I wish I would have kept the food to get it tested so I could save people from getting sick. Thank God I didn’t feed this food to my kids. If I would have been elderly or in bad health there’s no idea how this could have turned out. I feel certain this food poisoning was from this zaxbys

First time at this location and we went through the drive through just to get our drinks and were asked to pull up and wait for our food. It was a salad and a finger plate. We waited for over 10 mins for this. Not fast good. Rude service as well. No dressing for my salad and no dips for the finger plate. No forks.

My husband and I came to eat at 6:50pm on October 26th and this is the second time the evening female manager was screaming at the employees the entire time like they were worthless. I have been a Restaurant General manager for 5 years and I don’t care what the situation is would never belittle my employees. From my experience if you work with your crew and respect them they will push themselves harder for you. And if their is an issue I would speak to them in private it was absolutely ridiculous I was so upset I wrote this review the entire time instead of eating.it was a waste of money we couldn’t eat for her yelling

I ordered the family meal to go. I got home to find the fries were overcooked, cold, and soggy. The toast hadn’t been cut, and there was barely any breading on the chicken tenders. A waste of time and $40.
Editing to add update: I contacted Zaxby’s as instructed in the comment to this review. They responded apologetically, and offered to remake this or issue a gift card for the same amount. I thanked them and requested the gift card. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!!! I even followed up to ask about the status, but they never responded to that, either. No more Zaxby’s for me, this has been ridiculous!

Really enjoyed the food. There was one person’s who made our visit intolerable. We had to leave before finishing up. Loved the food. New girl at the register. The manager was unacceptable. Hope there is a resolution.
