I feel sorry for this location for a chain. I ordered ahead of time and came to pick up at 4:30 . I walked in and two people kept doing whatever they had to be doing . After five minutes a woman cooking acknowledged me and not the man who walked past me several times . She handed me my order and I walked out the door and found out they had given me cheese sticks uncut and a wrong thin crust pizza. I showed her the cheese sticks and she asked me if I wanted her to reheat them , I said no I want cut cheese sticks like it’s advertised . She also said that the pizza I ordered was correct and I said no , the Tavern pizza is cut into squares , this was a thin crust pizza . She walked away and I sat down. Not sure what’s up, if I’m gonna get the correct order back or not .

The new flatzzz are pretty good. I got the one with sausage and pepperoni on it and was not disappointed. Its different than their regular personal pan. Its bigger and less doughy. I like it.

Ordered food and it took them 1 hour 15 mins for 2 personal pan pizza and French fries. All the employees need training. One I ordered and told the lady we will eat in. I have to place an order on my phone. Person was rude not just to me but alot of people epically a veteran. She walked away. The manager said they don’t do refunds at all. The cook wasn’t working that fast and didnt act like he knew what to do. Two other employees sitting down looking at there cellphones and eating. Really we all should of got a refund or get something. It took me 1 hour 15 mins for 2 personal pan pizza and French fries. They need to training or get new help or closed this pizza hut.

I called to order pizzas to be delivered because it was “more than what their store could handle on the app- over $50”- also not a call during a peak time. Talked to one person- put on hold. Talked to a second person- put back on hold. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I went online, ordered food from Papa John’s, paid less, and got more. I was still on hold when I completed the Papa John’s order. 19 minutes and they never came back to the phone. Poor customer service for sure.

I ordered a pizza 1/28/26 for delivery around 11:00 pm. The driver texted me saying he/she was lost, I gave precise directions and the name of my apartment complex. Driver stopped responding to text and then order was marked delivered and it wasn’t. I called multiple times and no answer, couldn’t call the store because it was then after midnight. Called the store back the next day and spoke with the GM CRYSTAL. She offered no apology just rudeness and attitude. She refused to give me a refund and couldn’t give me the drivers name because they use doordash. I hope no one ever orders from the again. The service is terrible and Will not offer a refund due to “company policy” which is complete crap.

Probably the worst service I have ever received. We have had multiple issues not receiving our deliveries from this location and to try to get anyone on the phone is impossible. I was on hold for so long wondering where my delivery was that was over an hour late, that I ended up driving up there. I still score the food high, because if you can get it, it is standard Pizza Hut goodness.

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE this location should be shutdown. I waited one hour for a pizza that should have been ready and 15mins. I was forced to pay for the pizza because the manager stated I couldn’t see the pizza till I paid. I normally do not pay for any pizza at this location till I see it because they have a tendency of messing up orders. I continue to come to this location because the other locations are worse and this location will usually either remake the pizza or give your money back, The manager Lindsey C refused to refund my order even though the pizza was burnt and wrong. I sat and called the pizza hut customer service line in her face and they told her please submit a refund and she refused by saying she does not have that power. This manager also sent home all her employee with only 2 young ppl in the back cooking. richland county police end up showing up, stay away from this location, and please tell me would you eat this pizza i took a picture of below. There was also of other people waiting for food since 6pm there was also other people wanting a refund and the manager did not help anyone. She gave out the wrong customer service number. I gave everyone the right one and I will be going back today to speak to a manager about this location

When I tried to place my order online, it wouldn’t process because the total was $50.02, which apparently exceeded the online limit. To complete my order, I had to change one of my large pizzas to a medium to qualify for the online deal.
When I arrived at the Two Notch Rd. location to pick up my order, I asked the cashier for a customer service number, but was told it would be printed on my receipt. However, I never received a receipt with my order.
Once I got home (I live about 4 miles from the store), I discovered that all of the pizzas were cold and stuck to the boxes. This was very disappointing, especially after the ordering issue and missing receipt.

I waited nearly two hours for my food. The young lady who was cashiering eventually went and fixed my order…..if it wasn’t for her I would’ve waited longer. The manager Ashley quit then cane back to work with a store full of customers. Ashley’s attitude was horrible towards all the customers and the young lady up front. Ashley snatched receipts out of her hand and told her out loud to clock out in a store full of waiting customers. Meanwhile the young lady continued to show great customer service. I was very upset about the whole situation and this was the first time I’ve seen this store is disarray.
