For the umpteenth time drive thru order wrong. Ordered 2 reg. Tacos. 1 bean burrito. 3 dorito taco supremes. Received 2 tacos 1 bean and 3 beef burrito supremes. My bad I should have checked the screen better after repeating the order twice. She mistook burrito for Doritos tacos? She should’ve paid attention and I should’ve checked the bag while there.We done with Taco bell. I was impressed that I received a receipt this time. She was very pleasant.

The drive through staff needs training on customer service. They don’t greet you properly or professionally when you arrive. It’s just a “what do you want to order?” The order was fulfilled quickly and properly. I was asked if I wanted to round up my order for education. I said no, that’s what the high taxes are for, not Taco

Picked up a little later dinner ended up immediately regretting it. The chips were stale, the crispy chicken taco had no crispy chicken and for some reason the nacho cheese in the cup was super chunky. Taco Bell needs to go back to the old days, making simple food with reasonable prices.

This place thinks peope have gas to waste. Their drive through sensor is broken, if you pull forward the girl in the window tells you that you have to go back around until the sensor sends a signal to their head phones. Just stupid. Don’t waste your time there. What sense would it make to wait at a clearly broken sensor… when you ask why the sensor isn’t working they don’t know why the sensor didn’t pick up this huge vehicle I’m in. Makes no sense! Moral of the story don’t waste your time just drive to Watson.

Service was good,fast,bathrooms clean food good .there are also 2 kiosks to order from inside …the big downside to the experience was there are no tvs .tvs are so inexpensive now,if you hang a couple of 65in tvs on each end it just gives the place a modern,up to date feeling even if they aren’t being watched at that time.they used to have several in this store,but I did notice they were mostly never working or connected to any thing playing .I mean just connected to a roku or free service would be fine for 700$ you could enrich the atmosphere greatly that would last for years can’t think of a better investment for the owners the added business from customers would pay for it all quickly I know when I go to Burger King I will drive farther to visit the newly remodeled one on watson blv.it has charge ports,and multiple TVs playing different sport events and news

Not all the employees are well trained and pretty much always seems to mess up the order. I ordered extra sour cream on chalupas and there was nothing in there that suggested it was extra. I also ordered chese quesadias with extra jalapeño cream and my order came with not a single drop of jalapeño cream. I never usually do this but I wanna know if this will fix anything but i wanted to give it a try because I am tired of food joints getting away with hiring unmotivated employees. So I hope word gets around and they can fix this issue because they are ruining the reputation that other Taco Bell’s in town have. Especially one on watson.

MANY AND MANY TIMES HAVE I ORDERED HERE AND THE FOOD IS STILL TRASHHHH AT THIS POINT JUST THROW THE WHOLE STORE ON RUSSELL PARKWAY AWAY!!!!! It’s sad you have to travel miles to get quality food. These people are playing with our food here and they act slow as hell or nasty attitude. Tell me why my chalupa is this GREASY! And where is the side of steak and lettuce ? Please save your money! This is not worth it I’m dissatisfied and disappointed every single time! Like I said at this point just throw the whole store away
