My first visit there (last week) i asked if they were able to order wine from other places and mentioned the only spot in NY that sold it is in New Rochelle and I’m right down the street from this place. The gentleman said he could try and let me know. Seriously TWO DAYS LATER a case of my favorite wine from San Antonio, CA was ready for pickup!!! Very grateful and happy with the excellent service. Beyond expectations.

I picked up a strawberry moscato and it is delicious. They put the prices on the bottle which I thought was very nice. I asked a guy who works there first if they have plum wine and he helped me look for it…they didn’t. That was ok. Then I asked if they had moscato and he helped me find that as well. The staff are wonderful and very nice.

Excellent selection with quality and value in mind. The owner John shares a lifetime of wine & spirits knowledge. His wife Maureen does the graphics and is a delightful and knowledgeable voice. The staff could not be nicer or more down to earth. In addition to wine, they stock an interesting selection of craft liquors. As someone who has been fortunate to travel and taste throughout Europe and California, I am so happy to have this fabulous shop in my neighborhood!

Excellent variety, fair pricing, John the owner is super helpful in identifying
different wines you may (and usually do) like. They do a 6 pack that -changes monthly….it’s usually in the 70-80 range for the 6 bottles for a 90-100 worth of wine. There is a detailed description of each and pairings. Fun if you want to try different wines and not think about which (me). If you are in the area, stop by. You will be happy you did!!

I just visited the Row 13 Wine Store in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I purchased a Cosimigo Tequila bottle, which was priced at $62 when I made a purchase a few weeks earlier, but for some strange reason today was charged $72 at the counter.
Despite my request for a receipt, the cashier refused to provide one, making it difficult to address the overcharge promptly. As a customer, I found this lack of transparency and accountability concerning.
It is disheartening to believe that my race may have played a part in this terrible experience.
I believe in fair and honest transactions, and this experience fell short of those expectations. I hope that the store management takes steps to improve customer service and ensures that such incidents are addressed promptly.

My husband went looking for peppermint RumChata right after Thanksgiving. The shelf was empty because it wasn’t quite the peppermint season. My husband asked and the employee said that they’ve heard a few requests and have put in an order. A few days later, the shelf was full and peppermint RumChata at Row 13 for the win!!

Excellent store. Just moved in to the area and it’s quickly become our go to. Interiors is nice and well laid out, much nicer than the exterior would indicate. Staff is always super helpful, and they have an excellent selection. Prices are in line with other places.

Love this place. They have a fabulous selection, the staff and owner are so helpful and they do a great 6 wines of the month deal which we have done a few times and it’s a great selection. I stopped by during their wine tasting once and wow!! Looks so fun. Highly recommend Row 13.

I love Row 13! The people who run it are so helpful and friendly . I immediately wanted to make this my go to liquor store. One time one of them helped me create a cocktail recipe and helped me pick out what to buy. Prices are pretty good and selection is wide.
