This is the only Mexican place we will eat at in Parker. So much like my grandma’s. Chorizo and eggs are my favorite. The chicharone burrito is so good. Tamales are legit. I prefer the red chili but the green is good too.

I love this place! It’s family owned and operated. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Parker but this is definitely one of the best! Huge portions, great breakfast menu, and everything always tastes so fresh! Even my kids love eating here and they are picky eaters.

My husband and I picked a time for lunch that was slow. We were greeted the moment we walked in with a smile. The service is amazing. The salsa is yummy! The food was fresh and hot. This is a great place to stop. We are traveling for medical and we will come back!

Los Volcanes is out local go-to favorite! We love that we can get seated right away. Always friendly service and we’ve never had anything we wouldn’t order again. The breakfasts offer great options and include “standard” American style if that’s what your kids may want. The breakfast burritos are wonderful! I’ve had the fajitas a few times and portions are large and it’s good quality meat. See you soon!

This place has some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado and definitely Parker. The pineapple dish is amazing. The staff is amazing and they even have stayed late for us to enjoy our food. I highly recommend this establishment!

Don’t get me wrong, we absolutely love the food… when it’s consistent! We order food, and I’d have to say it comes out right 30% of the time. Since it’s the most authentic we’ve really found in Parker, we just take the risk and hope it’s correct. The staff is always in a rush, and 9/10 times have some type of attitude, which is why we never dine in. But, once again, the authentic food brings us back…. example in picture… we ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with green chili, but did it come with green chili…. NOPE
