The Delivery man is so rude! I’ve ordered twice and both times he was very rude. The first time he dropped my food off in my hands. The second time he literally cursed me out about a tip. I do not tip until my food is delivered nor do I tip with cash. This is clearly stated on the grubhub app. Not only did he curse me out, he continued to text me after the food was delivered! But wait! I’m not done, when I opened my drink I found what looks like shards of plastic in my drink! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! (He is the gray text)

This place has the worst customer service ever. I purchased egg foo young. They didn’t provide enough sauce to cover the dry egg that was sent. The rice was hard, and the wings were cold. I advised anyone in this area avoid eating at this place. Delivery person was rude and he asked for a tip, I ended tipping but after eating the food and calling them back for additional sauce which they refuse to send. I regret tipping and paying them in cash. The food nor service wasn’t worth the $35.00 that I spent on the trash they call food!!

Delivery driver was rude and hung in my face. My food was never delivered to me so I called the store to ask what is the problem because I’ve ordered from them before and it was delivered to my door. The person on the phone was rude as well and just kept saying “no up, no up!” Stop having lazy delivery men who don’t want to use an elevator.
