Anyway waiting time on drive thru is not more acceptable. If you stop to order coffe and croissant before work, with just two cars ahead of you, there’s 100% chance youll be late. Overpriced for service, food quality & quantity.
They have ruined their bagels! Their life blood! I have to question whether they did taste tests before launching this. You are going to be so disappointed. We will have to go somewhere else for our breakfast sandwiches now.
I understand they are getting lots of complaints. Sure hope they listen.
This location use to be so good and pleasant but I can see why the company is declining.
When I went inside to check on my order, staff were unable to locate it. I spoke with Elizabeth, the manager, who had me follow her to the drink area while she made coffees. She then told me the original sandwich was missing and she would remake it.
I asked if a small gesture, such as a $5 gift card, could be offered due to the inconvenience. She declined and stated she could only offer a pastry or a refund. I declined the pastry, as it wasn’t something I would eat.
Elizabeth never once apologized or gave me her full attention during our conversation. She appeared too busy working on another order and honestly seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. The interaction felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I asked her for a refund and left.
I’m not upset about the sandwich itself, but rather the lack of communication and poor customer service throughout the situation. An apology would have gone a long way. It’s the least she could have done after waiting 30 minutes for a forgotten order.
I did call the manager this time and a teenager answered and said they were the manager. It was clear from her non-response after I told her of the repeated issues with this store that I don’t think she was really manager based on her silence and unconcerned response after. I don’t think many at this store care and it shows.
Below is a picture of one of the sandwiches I received prior with hardly any meat on it plus it was missing cheese that I had to pay extra for. It’s just a terrible store overall.
