Drive thru orders are constantly wrong…. the people do not listen to the customers and what they are ordering. I ordered a chicken breast with potato salad and got m&c. The same order I ordered 3 piece with all white meat and received dark meat. When I got home I called, explained that I ordered a 3 piece with all white meat and all 3 times her response was that I have to specify that I want all white meat. After the third time I responded that she is a prime example of how well the employees listen to the customers. They need to become more customer friendly and show a better customer service.

Went thru drive up, asked for extra corn on cob, honey , bonji and a ranch sauce. Got home none of the sauces were in the bag, and both corns were warm down by the stick, and ice cold on the other end, both were the same. I called the store and asked for the manager name, young lady said Crystal, I explained my concern, she said I could come back, I said absolutely not, she said to bring the food back that was the policy. I told her I was hungry so I planed on eating it. She asked for my name and number I gave it to her. Hee tone was snappy, I told her she didn’t need to speak that way, she said, I can call corporate, that she has never had a complaint, l asked for the manager she said she was the manager .. just not professional at all… worst Lee’s I have ever had, worst service. No wonder, service is poor,

Clean setting, good chicken recipe, and consistent. Good portions for a low price. I get up in St. Charles fairly regularly and want a quick bite, and this fits the bill. PS recently renovated inside and out; booths replaced by all tables.

I parked and went inside, to order take out.
From just glancing, the lobby and ordering counter looked presentable and neat. The ladies working were super pleasant to be around; I was pleased with the customer service.
I’m giving it a 3 star rate for a couple of reasons:
– when returning home and opening the large bag of goodies, there were 6 biscuits on my receipt, but not in my bag.
– so upon that discovery, I was going to go back, but soon decided not to. I saw a phone number on the receipt to call. This number is not valid. Then, I googled for the phone number and the number showed the same ,as on my receipt.
I would just like to bring the information about a possible phone contact issue, with this location. Additionally, I harbor zero resentment. The ladies were pleasant, professional and respectful. Everyone makes mistakes (including me, correct? I, could have looked in the bag myself and checked, as well. My mind was off in la-la land, because I would have noticed.)
This episode didn’t create anything that would stop me from going back again.
I hope this helps staff and potential customers. Sometimes, we all just have an odd day.
The important thing, attitude. Regardless of the management, line workers or whomever forgot to place the biscuits in the bag, I am sure it doesn’t make them feel too good to obtain such news as this. But I’m easy going on the issue because the gals were busy, doing their job. So they didn’t remember to add the biscuits? It’s an honest mistake. If a person working ALL day in such a busy, multi tasking, repetitive cycle, makes a few mistakes? So be it. That’s being human.

With a very heavy heart that this is being written and posted.
Have been going to Lee’s on 5th street in Saint Charles since the doors opened, now I no longer will enter the building. Each Wednesday that was my dinner time and to relax plus unwind.
So many happy times at Lees love the food too.
Now some high end Interior Designer, redid the place, removing all the booths, not making the seating comfortable, feel like I am in a different world, black celling and bright red wall plus NO BOOTH! Sad indeed very sad. Will not come back.

I didn’t have to time to take my order back. But I was sold some old chicken and also it has hair on the chicken. I just noticed it as I was eating my food . Its short pieces of black hair possibly facial hair. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed . I love Lee’s in general but I will not come back to this location.

We stopped by Lee’s Chicken to grab a quick bite to eat.. OH MY…whoever was cooking felt like cooking that day. We are from Texas and we love us some fried chicken and this was DELICIOUS. It’s been a few weeks now and we are still talking about it.
