Got wrong order. I ordered quarter pounder. After waiting 10 minutes brought me one with no onions. I wanted onions. She took it back. 10 minutes later someone else brought me back the same no onions quarter pounder. Tasted terrible.

They charged my credit card twice for my food and somebody else’s. Yes they gave me the money back. That doesnt matter, Why would u charge my credit card twice, and you didnt have to? Thats NOT a debit card. I could’ve paid cash!! The manger has no common sense at all.

Having to wait so long in the take out line is bad enough but what’s worse is not getting the correct order that you place. It’s a shame you have to double check behind these folks before you drive off. This happens more often than it should.

I ordered the two iced coffee which were fine. I also ordered a oreo Mcflurry and fudge sundae. The lady told me that it was what it was suppose to look like when I questioned the size compared to the sundae. I have bought at least a dozen for my son and never have they been like this size or container.

Every single time I order a large fry at this location, EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s a large fry box half filled, might as well be a medium fry in a large box. Drive through takes priority. good luck getting helped at the front. You can literally see all the cars in drive through that arrive AFTER you get their food and drive off. The people that walk into the store are second rate customers, if they did not want to give that air they wouldn’t ignore the 5-8 person line at the register. Even after placing your order they act like you won’t check that they took advantage of you until you get home. This sounds like a fat guy complaining but it’s not. I barely eat fast food and when I do I expect to get eat I paid for. Called the store, the guy on the phone said “I work the grill I can’t help what they put in the bag” well I can sure as hell tell you, the guy at the register did not fill my bag he was too busy complaning about people not running drive through orders. I sure love that they raised the prices to act surprised they did not give you what was paid for.

Tried to eat my food in my car while being bombarded with marijuana smoke from a employees on their break smoking it up in the parking lot with his friend. This is probably why they can’t get a food order right to save their lives. I guess McDonald’s don’t drug test anymore. All the more reason to not eat fast food anymore.
