For years we’ve come to enjoy this delicious selection of quality meats & caviar @ Imperial Meat Company! (IMC) This is a Huntington staple well known for its good food and consistency. It has an attractive interior with nice bar scene. We do recommend IMC to those who require a quality steak and a touch of Caviar on the side! If you ever notice, on most of our reviews, the check indicates steak, but we show no pic, that means we ate the delicious steak before I could train my camera for a pic! Sorry!

Visited for a bridesmaid proposal and it was a great place for something a little special. The ambience is polished and feels like a “treat yourself” kind of restaurant. The food was good, however, very limited for vegetarians, though there are solid sides. Service was professional and the staff helped make the experience feel elevated. I’m giving it 4/5 because while everything was enjoyable, it didn’t quite reach “best food ever” levels – but definitely a solid, classy choice.

Our waitress was super sweet and funny, and the overall atmosphere was great! Their cocktails were good as well. The food however, was only okay. The prime NY strip and wagyu were great. The wagyu strips appetizer were pretty bad, the avocado fritters were inedible, and the stuffed clams were okay. I guess only go here for a steak and a cocktail haha

INCREDIBLE in every way! Atmosphere is so welcoming and romantic with the floor floating wine bottles! (And very neat!) Food…. Each item I tasted was better than the last! I really can’t say enough great about this place! A real hidden gem on Long Island!! I mean INCREDIBLE! The Wed/Thurs special of $50 steak for two doesn’t disappoint either!! Had the pleasure of meeting the manager Cesar who was what every manager should aspire to be! Such great table side manner! Really just a wow! GO I promise you will enjoy!! Thank you IMC!
