I ordered through door dash. Map said delivery would come to the front door of my building. It apparently came to the back door and I couldn’t get there before they drove off. Called the store and they said it was on the way. I explained to them it showed delivered. They said drivers sometimes do that. I contacted door dash and they re ordered at no cost. One hour later says delivered just after I see the delivery driver many blocks away on the map. Called the store and they were like, “we are busy.”. I get it. It’s Friday night. But don’t tell me that my pizza has been delivered when it has not. I’m so mad. I should have had a bigger lunch. That said, I will never ever ever order Domino’s pizza again.

They have THE BEST thin crust pizza!! The delivery in downtown is always under 20 minutes and they do NOT skimp on their toppings. I love the extravaganza, my kiddos love the chicken, bacon and ranch, all on thin crispy crust. I highly recommend the downtown Union Ave location.

The 2 buffalo chicken macs i ordered didn’t have enough between them to make one and the was no chicken. I got ripped off big time and that sucks because this dominos usually has the best pizza and awesome service this was awful. Shame on you guys this time.

My order took over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. The tracker app said my order was out for delivery at 1:43 and 45 minutes later still no pizza. When I called the store, I was told the driver was just now leaving and would be at my address in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I still do not have my order. Will never use this store again.

I work at a Hotel Near this location and me and my coworker ordered garlic bread and cheese bread… our food was extremely hard and DRY!!!!!! I called and spoke to Mr. Brandon and he told me that we would have to return our food in order to get new food made! First off we’re in a pandemic that doesn’t even seen sanitary secondly , if I told you I threw the food away in a big trash can and only had a few I got off the top of the trash what makes you think I’m about to dig in the trash for the rest. I told him that I tried the food from there before and it was amazing but he went in to tell me that he didn’t think anything was wrong with my food and thought we just wanted to get something free and not return the items! He didn’t empathize nor did he seem to really care !!!! The food WAS HARD DRY AND NOT THE QUALITY WE ARE USE TO GETTING .

Domino’s should research the manager of the store. He is horrible. He makes promises he does not keep. I called three times to make sure they were going to get my order right. I stressed to them that it was for a huge customer of mine and they were going to have their entire office there waiting for that lunch. Their food got there two hours late after their entire office had all been screwed out of their lunch. The store manager Trey is the one who no call no showed the day of my order. I spoke with the assistant manager, Marquette, who was excellent help, and apologize sincerely, I could tell he actually cared that. I got screwed. He left a note for Trey to call me and he has avoided me ever since. This entire business centers around the ability to prepare food. This store does not have the ability to handle that, and they will make you look like a fool.

Just another Dominos- it’s very near to my apartment and they remain open until late night. So for late night dinners, I don’t need to worry- they deliver at my doorstop. It’s a fast food chain, so obviously I don’t expect an upscale, fancy Neapolitan pizza! I love their basic pepperoni. Even the o en baked sandwiches, esp the Italian one is good. But I hate their wings. I recently ordered chicken wings ( mango habanero) and they were terrible. The chicken wings were fatty, soggy and not at all crunchy. However, their choco lava cakes are delivered chocolaty and crunchy. They are addictive, although too sweet and unhealthy. Again, it’s a fast food chain, and you don’t expect anything healthy here.

I was a little worried because I recently moved downtown but the reviews don’t seem good. But I also did not want to drive far for pizza.
I ordered mines online, nothing crazy just one thin crust pizza. At first it said it would take 40mins but I assume thats because a lot of people are in this area in general?
It eventually went down to 15 mins and the delivery guy got here fast.
Pizza tasted pretty good!
I was expecting a dominos car but it wasn’t so I wasn’t sure if the guy was really here at first until he got out the car with my pizza.
