I went here today after finding Luck Lous in Wethersfield had an incorrect menu on Google Maps , lucky for me. A 6oz Connecticut Lobster Roll with only claw and knuckles meat market priced. The fries were great too!! This is a must try for all Lobster Roll Lovers. The bun toasted perfectly, the butter… something something, …regardless, Rob told me they were voted best in Connecticut and I took it with a grain of salt, however, he was 100% correct, the best!! I could barely finish it!!

Absolutely delicious lobster rolls. I tried all three! The only negative about thing i have to say in regards to the food is the sauce on the Dublin lawyer taste like Baileys Irish cream an whiskey but not in a good way.. If you’re not used to drinking that first initial sting of alcohol that affects your taste buds will hit you and ruin the flavor of the lobster roll. And it’s unfortunate because the lobster and steak are so good together. At the very least get the sauce on the side and try it first. The inside is awesome and so is the customer service but I don’t think they have AC it’s a very small establishment inside so with the grill going it gets extremely hot. It felt like 90° in there. Just sitting and sweating. But don’t let this deter you because the food is amazing.

I’ve only ever had the lobster roll but it’s the best I’ve had ever. Delicious both in taste and because of the generous amount of lobster meat. Also really fantastic fries served along with it.

The food here is absolutely amazing. My wife and I went here for her birthday and she loved the lobster roll she got. I got the Dublin Lawyer and it was very good. We shared probably the best clam strips I have ever had. If you are in the area you need to stop by. The only even slight negative was it was a little cold outside and there is not a lot of indoor seating so we had to sit outside. It was well worth it though

Don’t waste your time calling for take-out. Better call Harrys Place.
Overall, like the other side, Inishmor, with fantastic food and portions especially with the cost. I would although like an extra side of the whiskey cream sauce or to be mixed in with the shaved steak for the Dublin Lawyer. The Banh Mi roll was warmly astonishing. Everything was light and not heavy but filling! As always, the fries are seasoned to perfection.

Hour wait for a damn lobster roll! But it was totally worth it. This lobster roll quite literally melted in my mouth. Served warm & buttery with lots of lobster! Lobster roll w/ fries $33! Accepts credit card, seating is first come first serve, parking offered in the rear!

Been in Niantic working from Florida for a week and saw the poll on the news, 1st stop was Captain Scott’s as it was in 2nd place. I had the Hot and it was a total disappointment, bun not toasted, really wet on the bottom and lobster was chewy. Today I hit Inishshor and I didn’t realize how bad Captain Scott’s was, this one was one of tastiest meals I’ve ever eaten, the bun alone was amazing, the lobster tender and so delicious and the fries were fab. Thanks for posting this place.

Our recent experience at the establishment did not meet expectations. The hot lobster roll, while featuring a grilled roll, was excessively saturated with butter, diminishing the flavor profile of the lobster. Furthermore, the lobster itself exhibited a chewy texture. The scallops presented a similarly undesirable chewiness and lacked distinct flavor. The accompanying French fries, despite their presentation, tasted comparable to commercially available seasoned fries. Although the staff and ambiance were pleasant, the overall culinary experience was unsatisfactory.
