The girl with black hair in the drive through was RUDE as can be. Didn’t even put my order in right so when I got to the window I told the guy that I thought she didn’t get everything and I would like to see what she rang in and I hear “OH MY GOD I GOT EVERYTHING” from the girl beside him who took my order. She was being rude to the person in the drive through that she was taking the order for.
I get having a long day and not wanting to work but if you can’t be nice to customers you shouldn’t be taking orders or being in the drive through.

I really hate the new take you’re own order kiosk. It’s like if you didn’t place the order on the kiosk too bad. Yea I used to stop by several times a month. But now I just refuse to use that kiosk. Probably the next wonderful thing introduced will be a robot that will eat the food for you. I mean really. Half the reason people go out to eat is well to be waited on and catered to. Wonder what brain child thought that this would be a good idea. Im sure they had a big increase in sales when they started this

This place is a joke .. I pulled up to order the guy asked us what we wanted then wouldn’t respond so we sat there a few minutes with other cars behind us so we decided to pull to the window and when we got there they said they was closed … sooo why did they even ask us what we wanted . So stupid . You need to do better Taco Bell we went to Arby’s !

Checked my food before I left the drive thru and asked the worker at the window if they could put more than 3 pieces of meat on my nachos. When she asked them to add more they said it was a full scoop of meat and if I wanted more I had to pay for it. The bowl of meat is apparently what a full scoop looks like.

Ordered my favorite Cravings Box and thought I would try the new White Hot Steak Fries. Well customers the South Point, OH Taco Bell doesn’t live up to the Taco Bell standards, especially with the White Hot Steak Fries. I took the steak fries back to check and make sure if this was the correct amount of steak fries. The third worker finally told me yes and that was normal. I got no offer for them to be remade or a refund when I stated my unpleasure with the product. After going to the dining room to eat a new employee that was on their second day come out to me and apologized for the other works actions and told me that they should have at least remade it for me. So everyone please choose wisely the Taco Bell you go to and if you are getting the NEW White Hot Steak Fries look at the picture and decide for yourself if that is the quality u want to pay for. I have decided that I won’t again and definitely not at the South Point, OH Taco Bell.

Simply the best taco bell around in my area! Always makes the limited time food and drinks to upmost perfection. Food is never cold or not done. Customer service is possibly the best taco bell customer service I’ve ever had. If I had specific names of employees I would definitely give every single one of them the best review possible and thank them all personally! Highly recommend if you’re around the South Point area!

Lied right to me. I asked if potatoes were fresh….he said yes. I order 6 potato tacos and every one of them was inedible….hard, dry nasty potatoes . Of course i was a half an hour away at home before i realized. I rarely get anything out anymore at all and the ONE time i decide to treat myself and my kids they pull this shit. Im so sick of them, it happens almost every single time.
