About Mariscos La Reyna INC: We have been thriving in the DFW since 1989 with 6 locations. Family-run and operated, we strive to provide the best Mexican Style Seafood / Home Made flare in the area. Primarily serving the Hispanic community for many years but throughout the years been gaining a large fan based of all ages and cultures. It’s this attention to detail that makes Mariscos La Reyna stand out from your typical Mexican restaurant. Our Grand Prairie location tries to set the new standard for what MLR can become, by creating delicious new cocktails and adding a plethora of new delicious plates on the menu as well as creating a fun new atmosphere for our visitors to enjoy, laugh, and have a tremendously delicious dining experience.

I think this place doesn’t get enough traffic for lunch. The food was cooked fresh and served hot. This is my 3rd time to eat food from here as to-go food. Today we went inside to eat. The place is clean, chips and sauce were good. We ordered chicken fajitas, rice and beans. Chicken was tender and good seasoning. The next order was beef fajitas nachos 1/2 order. Beef was good, but tough on a few pieces. Seasonings were good. The quantity of food was more than enough. I drank tea and we had water. The bill was $24 for lunch for 2. They do have a small bar with seating. The place was clean. It showed to have a comedy club up stairs. They also have a sign for banquet room for rent.

This restaurant has made a lot of great changes from the old management, we were there tonight for dinner 11/8/25. Food is great fresh and flavourful, service is wonderful, all the staff makes you feel welcomed like family or close friends. The salsa is perfect, chips are also great. We had not been there in awhile, but from what we experienced for tonight’s dinner, we will be visiting more often. I wish the new management a lot of luck. You won’t be disappointed with the well proportioned servings.

Had an amazing time at the comedy night. Ordered some amazing food with the show. The shrimp cocktail was prefect and fresh. The Diablo shrimp plate was fresh and packing the heat i was looking for. Also tried the steak nachos! The steak was nice n juicy too didn’t have a pick because that was my brother’s plate lol amazing food amazing owner ! We will be back soon

Food was amazing. Got the Camerones a la diabla and it was very good and spicy, just like I wanted. All drinks were good as well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend and dine here again.

We come here after watching a show at the Grand Prairie Theater. The food and micheladas were delicious. We had the seafood salad, shrimp quesadilla, and Camaro de ajo. We are definitely adding this restaurant to our regular rotation.

This was our first time eating here. The food looked good,. But it had no flavor. The fajitas tasted like the had been friend in old oil or rancid. The shrimp was not cooked well or flavored at all. The price was
$$. The place was practically empty. The have lots of tables and only 2 waitresses. No one at the table finished their food. We were sick to our stomachs by the time we got home. Will never eat there again.. Sorry I tried it.

Food was bland, ceviche wasn’t good, and service was slow even though we were the only table. They didn’t have Pacifico beer despite it being on the menu, which is a red flag for a mariscos spot. We also got food poisoning the next day. We sat down at 8:15pm and ordered drinks and an appetizer, but the server seemed annoyed since they close at 9:40. I’ve always liked mariscos restaurants, but this one was not it.
