The manager name Lee. I don’t know where you found him, but he is the most fantastic worker I ever seen. My food was majestically great. He made a suggestion and I tried it and I fell in love with it. I. Have had issue with this burger King in the past but this guy I can see will make a 180bturn around at this location

We stopped here and walked in to 4 or 5 staff behind the counter sitting around on the floor playing on their phones. After our order was taken it took over 15 minutes to receive our food during which time everyone was slipping and trying not to fall because the floor was wet everywhere with no wet floor sign anywhere and no one even attempting to clean it up. My “crispy chicken sandwich” was soggy on the outside and dried out on the inside like it had already been cooked and then got thrown back into the fryer. Our cheese sticks where cold hard and dried out. This was after we had requested fresh onion rings because they too were cold hard and dried out. It’s the worst burger King location we have ever stopped at and we paid $55 with some of our food being completely inedible. You’ve been warned ⚠️ eat here at your own risk.

1st thing she hands us the wrong drink and we were the only ones there. Then the don’t give us the right size fries, and they were Reheated (I’m a Chef, I can tell a reheated fry) My double whopper was absolute Garbage, the patties were Burnt Cardboard… On top of that, she gave us a milkshake that she had already dumped the cleaning solution into, the Chemical taste made me puke all over the car. My throat is still kinda numb 15 minutes later… THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED; PERMANENTLY !!!!!!!!!!!

It’s sad to see few workers and a whole lot of customers. The location is terrific and we like Burger King but this place was very understaffed. No straws just coffee stirs for drinks. I think these ladies did great under 5he circumstances.

Your employee, Rhonda, could use some customer service training as she came across hostile and appeared to have friends hanging out at the counter. I received no napkins, was told she had no BBQ sauce? and my cold pie was put into my bag on top of my hot food.There was no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing.

Typical Burger King food. the thing that leads to the poor rating is that it is extremely understaffed. Waited for nearly 30 minutes in line… the only thing that made the stop a little bit better was that they brought back the 90’s with Surge in the Coke freestyle machine.

Service was fine OTHER than the fact the employee manning the register automatically upgraded our meals to larges (without asking). That added up to a $4 up-charge. He continued to do the same for the following customers. That is stealing and it is wrong. We will not return.

the food quality was awful. the fries tasted like theyve been sitting for awhile. they messed up my order twice. i was supposed to get a whopper with no tomato and no mayo. first time, they gave me a whopper jr. the second time, they gave me a whopper with mayo. i also ordered the fiery chicken sandwich. it was so disgusting, i barely had 2 bites. i tried calling the store when i got home, but was met with a nonworking phone line. overall, i would NEVER go back to this burger king ever again.

Let me start off by saying i signed into my Google account just to make this review which is something I never do. The facility isn’t the cleanest with sticky floors and dirty hand rails. The service is horrible slow response times,no greetings and very unprofessional employees with getting a response “ a who” when telling the employee what you would like. This facility needs to be evaluated and new management needs to be put in place to properly train these employees.
