Today, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to try the surf and turf fries. Let me let you all know that it is definitely worth it. These fries with shrimp, beef, cheese, and so many other ingredients are devine. The customer service from the wonderful girl up front is also a class act. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was so polite. Her attitude made the wait worth it because she is a very professional and customer service oriented individual.

Food looked good and fresh. Had a good flavor. I got the Cajun Butter seasoning. It’s not spicy but has a good flavor. They do not accept call in orders and that’s bad. Especially with there being limited seating inside the restaurant. Overall I had a good experience.

Let me preface this by saying that this is my fault because I should have gone to Red Hook Seafood like I normally do.
This is my second time ordering from here and it is also my last. I ordered extra eggs and corn in my order because why not right? Unfortunately the corn and the eggs were extremely overcooked, to the point where I could not avoid calling the restaurant.
The owner answered the phone and I explained the issue. Long story short, the owner was more upset than I was, explaining that “he has a high margin and that he has been in business for 5 years so the food must be good. And that he’s not selling hamburgers here.”
He was loud, constantly spoke over me, and was unapologetic about the entire issue. And then he hung up the phone while I was speaking. Disgusting Behavior for anyone, especially an owner. No customer service experience whatsoever. He should never be allowed to answer a phone. Ever. Grossly unprofessional. Yuck.
Mr. “owner”, stay in the back, way in the back and count the money. Place your friendly and professional employees, such as Ariel, at the front where you can actually keep your customers. Because if it were up to you, you would lose every single one of them.
I highly suggest that you run, don’t walk, to an emotional intelligence and customer service course immediately. Or balance the books. But stay away from customers if you can’t control your emotions when the food is not prepared as it should. This is a business. Act like it.

I am such a foodie and always loved this place. However, I have not had the opportunity to get my “seafood fix” in a while. I was out doing UberEATS deliveries and 1 of my customers ordered from here. Upon pickup, I instantly told the cashier I would be back before the night was over for myself. Later, it was storming out, but I made sure I got back there to grab this yummy feast . I even joked with the cashier and told her I would do deliveries specifically for them in lieu of a meal. On the other hand, I was so serious because it is just that good!!! If you love seafood as I do, stop in and give them a try.

I didn’t eat here but ordered and paid for a GrubHub customer. The food looked and smelled amazing. The young lady was very polite and the food was cooked while I waited. The wait wasn’t very long at all. I plan to go back and order something for myself.

Not sure why the other reviews were so harsh . This place has great value, good customer service , and amazing flavors . They let you mix the different flavors , the owners are very accommodating , and the food is executed well . We’ve eaten at many different seafood spots and this place def has some good flavors going . I recommend the Cajun garlic mixed with spicy Asian , it’s a smacker for sure

Fantastic! Probably the best seafood this side of the Mississippi River! Just picked them out of the blue after an internet search, but we sure did make the right choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and served very quickly. We will be looking forward to a return trip soon!

OMG!!! This place is AMAZING, AWESOME, the atmosphere is calming. Very clean staff gets a 10/10. I went 11-19-23 @ 1:24 pm they opened at 1pm. It’s in a strip Mall on Stage Road. Plenty of parking, it was nice and clean and comfy on the inside. They had tv’s up with the game on. I’m a Cowboys fan so I could watch the game while I waited in my order. The man and lady that was on duty very friendly and professional. He said your a cowboys fan? I said yes, he said you didn’t see the sign that said Tn Vol only . I said no but I saw the sign that said COWBOYS FANS ALWAYS WELCOME EVERYWHERE . The lady took my order it was ready in about 15 min. I got Kran Kings Loaded Platter, I added 1 cluster. It came with 3 cluster’s 2 eggs, potatoes, 3 sausages and 17 Shrimp. My flavor was Cajun Butter may cost $77.38. I will post pic, when I say finger licking good OH MY GOD!!!! It was worth every penny. If you have never tried this place I highly recommend that you get on over there. They also serve alcoholic beverages, I will try them when I dine in and not driving . KRAB KINGZ OF MEMPHIS JOB WELL DONE , I will be back.
