I had been looking for a great pupusa spot when I moved back and am so glad I discovered this place. Always prepared fresh, the perfect crisp and tangy slaw, and the perfect salsa to pair with it. Really excited to try their soups with homemade tortillas because their tacos are excellent too!

Was craving some pupusas, found this place on Google Maps since I came in from out of state decided to give it a try. I ordered agua de maracuya, pupusas con chicharron y queso, and tamales de pollo, y otro de elote. Loved the agua de maracuya! The pupusas had the perfect thickness and perfect ratio of masa to fillings. Tamale de pollo was filled more with yucca than pollo, a bit misleading hopefully they can clarify that on the menu. Tamale de Elote was delicious make it creamy dipping it in crema. Note:curtido in my opinion seemed to need a bit more time marinating but it was still decent I enjoyed that it had some chile de arbor in it. Can say it seems to be traditional and authentic Salvadorean food, however I’m no expert,go and give it a try!

Delicious Salvadoran food at Gringo prices. Sopa de gallina and camarones a la plancha were delicious but super expensive ($4 pupusas, I guess i was spoiled when in San Salvador)

Most of the clientele spoke the native language and this place is very authentic. Chicharron (pork) and steak pupusas were amazing. It comes with this pickled slaw and they have two kinds of hot sauces. All mixed together even though I only got two pupusas I was full. Would highly recommend and also return. Prices on the main dishes are higher than other restaurants $17.99 for the chicken or beef soup compared to $12.99. Steak plate was $15.99 Breakfast plates look great as well.

The place was full of Hispanic diners (such a good sign!). Best taco I’ve had in Indy. Simple food well done.

Was able to try after many recommendations. Was not disappointed and am eager to return.
The menu has a wide variety of pupusas options, traditional Salvadoran food, and other delicious food options.
Tacos, soups, appetizers, desserts, and drinks.
Delicious traditional Salvadoran horchata. The filling inside the pupusas is delicious and good quality. Good quality cheese, too. They are thick and so worth it.
They staff is incredibly nice and ready to assist you. The menu is located next to the cashier desk.
Cannot wait to return!!

The Pupusas are always great, but this most recent order was the best. I’ve been coming here since 2022. This order was esthetically pleasing to the eye, the chicken was everything I have to remember when it comes to Mexican food (Salvadorian in this case) beef is ground beef, you have to specify Steak or Carne Asada one would think having lived in CA age 7-40 by now I’d remember that lol nonetheless the beef Pupusas were meh just ok, but prepared wonderfully just when it comes down to beef if it’s not spaghetti, dirty rice or hamburgers it’s never my preferred meat.
The Horchata is a hit or miss each visit it was a hit this time. I’m gonna have to start asking for a sample cup before ordering because I always order a large.
The employees are always great, even those with limited English do their very best to understand and communicate with you, I appreciate their efforts and courteous demeanor. It’s a pretty cool 1st date atmosphere if I had to recommend one. I forgot to order my chicken Tamalas. It’s been close to a year before this visit.
I would definitely recommend this place and if you enjoy trying new things… try the Pupusas the curtido (cabbage topping) really add to the already great taste.
