I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff was rude and unprofessional. All I asked was a simple request — to have my bread placed on the side so my sub wouldn’t get soggy. They refused to accommodate, even when I offered to pay for what they called a “salad bowl.” The owner was especially rude and even threatened to throw me out of the store. I’ve never been treated this poorly as a paying customer. Definitely won’t be returning.

The shredded chicken was spoiled. One bite and Immediately tasted and smelled the spoilage. I will never return to this location. Plus my cookie was stale. If this is the quality of food that will be served here then tis location should close its doors. Plus they don’t accept coupons. A waste of 10 bucks for a 6inch and 1 cookie!

Do not recommend this subway. Accidentally ordered at this location with the app and called to cancel the order once I realized what happened and was told it was too late and that it (wasn’t their problem) that if I wanted I could get someone to pick it up for me ? No professionalism to customers, very rude.I would give zero stars if possible.

Dumbest management ever. I came in with a subway app coupon. After making the subs they said they wouldn’t scan my coupon. I asked if I could just put it in as an online order and pick it up and they said they’re not allowed to do that either. Luckily there’s another subway right around the corner. Used the app coupon there with no problems. Literally what is management’s problem at this subway?

Great subway! I’ve been to most subways and it’s not clean at all! But this one is neat and always has the friendliest people and staff here. I enjoy taking my lunch breaks here because I get fresh food and they are quick!

I would definitely recommend this location. Subway has such great food but only if done right and these people know how to do it right!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!!!! So much so that the person asked “why does it have to get busy when I’m about to get off”? Also, when we asked for bacon she sighed as if it were an inconvenience to put bacon on the sub. I then asked for the manager, only to find out he was not there and would not return until the next day, according to staff, and I quote, “ummm between 10am and 2pm”. Who’s running this business??? Never will I ever return to this location. If you don’t want to work with people get a job doing otherwise. What a sad and disgraceful experience. Good luck with business, I will certainly spread the word and it won’t be pleasant!!

I get coupons every month and decided to give them a try.. had a coupon for 2 footlongs for 12.99…got there and there was a big sign on the door that they don’t participate in coupons.. decided to go anyway.. ended up costing 23.00..will never go back, I’ll stick with Harris Teeter a mile and a half away. They’ll probably go out of business.

As soon as I walked in the hefty guy with brown hair sighed very loudly and hesitantly walked over to ask what I wanted with his back turned to me. His appearance was sloppy. He threw the bread I requested onto a piece of paper already out with a marinara stain. He tried to rush my order not giving me a second to ask for what I wanted. He got upset every time I had a “special” request or asked for an ingredient that was readily available. The place was already filthy, with ingredients thrown around and brown stains on the ovens. Needless to say I left. The attitude of the sandwich artist was beyond me. If you don’t like customer service, find another job!
