Very unprofessional! Old man in there im assuming the manager, bashing buna subway so bad i didn’t wanna even pay for my food.. Whoever that old man and the red hair girl are.. cussing and dissing another subway in front of a ENTIRE store…. I will not be back! Buna will get all my business…

If you are going to close at 4 pm. You need to change your Google listing to reflect the closing time. Also, you need to not accept pickup orders. Now I’m out $26 plus.

Definitely doesn’t need the stars they have!! I had an amazing experience today with this sweet lady. She was extremely fast professional and super kind. Reminds me back when I used to get a Subway back in the 2005 but today thanks to her. I will be coming back. My sandwich tasted good. And everything was perfect. 10/10

This subway has the rudest workers. Every time I come into this location the workers act if your an inconvenience to take care of. Megan, today, insisted on telling me she was work to do and is in a hurry. I could barely get out what I wanted on my sandwich before her saying “what else what else.” to Telling me I wanted too many olives that i have enough and need to pay for extra. That’s fine. I don’t mind paying for what I want but saying so while being aggravated and rude I do have a problem with. Why be in the business of customer relations if you hate being taking care of guest? Night disappointing

Employees (usually one) are always working tirelessly but the sandwiches are phenomenal. My family and I eat take out here once a week and always satisfied. Keep up the good work and get the employees some help!

I don’t know what the young girl’s name is that was working all by herself there tonight, it wasn’t on my receipt and I don’t remember her having a name tag on. But whatever you’re paying her, she deserves double. She was all alone with people steadily coming in and I work in food service so I know the noise of online tickets coming in, and on top of all that a couple spilled their drink all over the floor. This young lady kept her composure the entire time, tho I could tell she was struggling she never once complained and greeted every guest and thanked them when they left. I would have given you 5 stars if you would have had an extra person working so this poor girl wasn’t killing herself trying to stay above water. I know good help is hard to find as my job is also running very thin these days on employees. Still a Mgr could have at least been there to help during the dinner rush. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great as usual, and I only had to wait for my pretzel to cook as I ordered online and you were out of the churro I wanted. I think you have a great employee who has good mgmt material written all over her, don’t run her off by spreading her too thin. Just my thoughts.

Literally like one of the best Subways I’ve ever been to. Only came here cause the one in town was closed for renovations, but might make my way to this one intentionally from now on. Service was fast and great. Ordered like 4 subs on the app, all with modifications and they made them with 100% accuracy. Threw in a free cookie you. Thanks!

I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working the night shift on 1/12/23 was very polite and worked fast to get my food ready. After a stressful 2 hour shopping trip at the neighboring Walmart it was super refreshing to have her serve my food to me with a smile. 🙂 Thank you!!

Subway needs to have more than one employee at each store at once, the employee seemed very agitated being by himself with a rush he had no time to stop and rest. Need to have at least 2 employees there.
