I’ve been coming here for years and this place is always so amazingly delicious. The place even had a face lift and it looks lovely inside! The food was soooo good!!! My daughter and I love coming here we drive from SC just to eat here! You won’t be disappointed with these guys! Service is always great and they are so inviting!

Recently ordered the Super Chef Special Combo with Filet Mignon, Shrimp and Chicken for $29.95. Small portions, barely any rice. Steak was chewy. Bulding looks run down and dirty. Definitely not worth the $$$.

Very in consistent in price and food. The individuals who work they are fine. My first time there, it was enjoyable. I was surprised at the price for the amount of food. I wasn’t charged anything extra for taking something off and the cashier was very nice. So, I returned with the mindset of the same, good food at a great price. I’m vegetarian but very picky. I ordered the same order (around closing each time) and the same way without onions. The second time I paid double than the original time, that’s fine whatever, that was the amount on the menu. However, I asked for no onions and was charged an additional $1 just for no onions. I didn’t know the how they chopped their onions so I paid the charge because I wasn’t going to pick out diced onions from my plate. I was eating and driving in the dark and I randomly tasted something off but I just took it was an piece of zucchini. When I got home I realized that I receive onions in my meal! I paid for none, period! Additionally, I found a small piece of chicken in my rice. I will not return nor recommend.

Came here for lunch during the lunch hour, was a little busy but that’s to be expected. Restaurant is conveniently located off of 74 going towards uptown Charlotte. Plenty of parking and easy to get back on the 74. Had to wait about 15 minutes for my food but it was cooked fresh and I was able to watch the chef prepare it from the grill in front. Got the Hibachi Steak and 2 California rolls. The steak was tender and flavorful and about the normal portion of meat that you would receive. The rice portion was a little bit smaller than normal but the portion filled me up. Sushi rolls were fine no complaints. Did notice a couple customer service issues that could be addressed but none were directed at me and the person that rang me up was very friendly. Restaurant could use some updating but is not off-putting, would recommend for traditional Hibachi / Japanese food.

It was exactly what I needed and was looking for. I ordered the Hibachi vegetable plate and the vegetable tempura and both were great. The ginger dressing for the salad was great and I had a little left over to put on my vegetables and that took it over the top. I need a bottle of it!!

I honestly don’t think this place gets enough hype!! So this food is so good! They give you big portions for a low price! There is 1 server that I saw that works the whole place. The food comes out hott and quick! Now it’s location looks a lil sketchy…but don’t let that scare you…this food is bomb. I got the chicken and shimp hibachi!Hitachi! They have some of the best soup around…I won’t even order it from anywhere else now.
