This is probably the nicest team I’ve ever come across in a fast food chain. I ordered ahead and when they didn’t have ingredients for the specialty Holly Jolly drink, they called me to offer an alternative mix of strawberries or a different drink altogether. Then they helped me bag everything in extra bags when I got there for easier carrying. Literally just the nicest team!

Hardee’s in the East Carl’s Jr. in th west. Food isn’t bad it’s a quick in an out the door fast food joint. They have a nice assortment of burgers, chicken and various other items. Prices are fair, basically breakfast and everything else, breakfast is the basic eggs, an such, couple of different meats their best is the biscuits and gravy very tastes and filling, biscuits are made in house from scratch a plus in my mind it doesn’t matter if you dip or cover the biscuit in gravy you wiind up with the same flavorful dish. Great for a quick bite

We’re senior adults from out of town. Jackie and Ashley were very helpful, gracious, and kind. Service was fast. Food was very tasty, portions were generous! We were very pleased!

Hit or miss at this location some days the food is great and so is the service. Other days the service is terrible. And fries either over cooked from a second dip in the fryer or undercooked trying to rush. However today my burger looked like it had been sat on with the driest meat patty in the bun.

I received a chicken biscuit that was burnt and stank from the burnt grease. So, I returned it for another. This is what I got the second time. The breading has black spots it’s so burnt and disgusting. It’s covered in so much grease that you can’t even pull the chicken off and eat the biscuit because the biscuit is a greasy mess. It seems they recook the chicken by throwing it back in the fryer. Regardless, the food was inedible, and this was a recook of another inedible biscuit.

After pouring my gravy on top of my biscuit, I noticed what I am almost 100% certain is a rat turd/mouse turd. I called and reported my issue to the restaurant and was told that I couldn’t send them a picture because they weren’t allowed to bring their phones in (Which I highly doubt the manager adheres to) my only option was to take it back so they could fill out an incident report. I had already gotten to work and wasn’t able to leave so I told her I wasn’t sure why I should be inconvenienced further but oh well I’ll just leave this here. You decide whether or not you want to eat in such a nasty place. I usually stopped there. On my way to work but no more. Thanks Hardee’s for absolutely no help whatsoever!
