The employees were nice. However, the food, was cold by the time I got home which was a 7 minute drive. The sandwich was falling apart, and the bread was wet from the meat? I could not even finish my sandwich.. Only put 3 stars because my mom got a sandwich and she said at least we have one in Cleburne.

This is the last place we will ever go for a sub in the future. I swear their pepperoni looks fake, no matter how much they try to heat it, it looks plastic. I threw my entire sandwich in the trash, it was so disgusting. The employees act like they hate their jobs and the customers. Overpriced trash with equally bad service. We will never go back.

I had the New York Steamer and there was barely any meat on it. The sandwich wasn’t worth the $11 I paid for it. It wasn’t even worth $5. I’ve always loved Firehouse Subs but this location is awful. They also didn’t include all the veggies I asked for over the phone. I would have complained but I didn’t see my sandwich until I got home.

Charging more on your app makes no sense. Other places do not do this. This was ordered directly through the Firehouse subs app. Not door dash or any of those others. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
EDIT – the response from them is 1. Trying to put blame back on the customer as if we are stupid and do not understand.
2. Exactly what bad business owners and corporations try to hide and sweep away. If you are going to do it, then own it.

After checking my bank account and double checking my receipt and also the firehouse subs app for my purchase history. I noticed I was charged an additional $1.90 from my bank. While $1.90 doesn’t seem like a large amount if they do this to every customer it adds up. Also my order was not made correctly , would not recommend going here again. Literally stealing money off people….

I ate here almost everyday while I was in town waiting on freight. The subs are delicious, my favorites were the Engineer and the Thanksgiving special with turkey and stuffing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and everyonenwas super kind to me 😀

Taste of sandwiches was fine, but they were dripping with dressing. No other firehouse location had sandwiches messy like that and dripping with dressing. I don’t think we’ll go back, this was our second time, and both experiences were the same.

It’s 8:35 on Thursday after a power lifting meet. The manager was more concerned with closing the store than selling us the subs we were looking forward to. By far the worst restaurant experience. She closed one of the toasters early and said they were out of meatballs because they already put them away and weren’t going to bring them out or make any more. Worst attitude for a person that takes orders or deals with food service. We spent $92 on food. We would have spent more, but her attitude was the worst. Maybe she had a bad day or was stressed out because the owner is training them to be out by 9:30 or else. If you say your own till 9pm you should be open till 9pm. This lady was pissed off that we were here past 830. Cerra was on her name tag.

I understand why they have a 1.7… Stopped in at 8 to pick up some dinner since they don’t close until 9. Ceara asks if I’m picking up, and when I said, no I’m ordering to go, the face and sound she made was as if I was bothering her. God forbid you have to work for your check, Ceara. I DO NOT recommend this place. Avoid them so they can just shut down and not be bothered anymore. Pretty sad considering they haven’t been open very long. The owner is failing miserably, and if these reviews aren’t a wake-up call, then you need to sell to someone who cares.
