There food was amazing! It was my first time ordering from them and I was impressed! I got a bowl and they actually used baby kale. It was fresh and filling. I ordered take out. It was ready on time. I didn’t hang around long inside however there wasn’t a ton of seating. I would stick to groups of 5 max.

The tacos here are phenomenal! I live in NYC so I’ve been to a ton of taco places and this is by far one of the best. I had the birria, al pastor, chorizo, and shrimp and they were all very flavorful. I’m looking forward to coming back here again!

Took my daughter here after a very hot and sweaty walk on the trail. I got the mango soursop jasmine refresher, kiddo got the strawberry smoothie. Refresher is lightly sweet, I can taste all the elements. Strawberry smoothie is beautiful and so good, not overly sweet. Love the interior, very good service. Just what we needed this afternoon!

Just left after having a quick lunch with the husband. I got the Nachos Libre and added chicken & street corn – very good. Husband got the steak tacos – fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Smoothies were an added bonus! Will highly recommend. Staff was very pleasant and it was very cute and clean!! Great job! You now have new weekly customers!!

This will be our new Smoothie shop for life! The attention to detail with each dish is insane – this is a hole in the wall MONSTER of a place.
I had breakfast here today and hung out for awhile. The owner knew almost everyone by their first names, asked about the thing they talked about the last time they were in, and generally made everyone’s day better.
The sandwich by Original Eats is a must-have! I had the classic which was very savory and the eggs were made just how my grandma made them.
Amazing place, it will blow up soon!

I ordered the “Lu burrito” with birria meat an it was juicy and full of flavor. Definitely a heavy burrito so if you get it make sure you have an appetite. The fresh juices there Definitely will have me coming for more if not the food cause the “Tropical Radiance” drink is phenomenal, Literally taste like im drinking a vacation on the beach.
Highly recommend to check out this spot. Their is some seating inside but limited to 5 bar stools by the windown an thats it. Small location and Limited parking around the corner of the restaurant by the way.

After having been taken for multiple “who’s who” food tours of Mexican restaurants deep in the heart of Texas, my expectations were quite lofty, but Lu Taqueria met and exceeded them. Absolutely delicious food with a smile. I’ll be back for sure, and not soon enough!
