they always try to upsale you. Say they cant sell you stuff, if its not in a combo. Plain lie , the app lets you order without combo and you can order directly to this store. Very poor skilled workers, I asked the lady cashier to repeat my order and to repeat my total over the phone and when i got there it tripled in price because she marked something wrong. Everybody was on their phones they saw us walk in to order and didn’t even confront us they took a while to take our order. Most of the dining tables were dirty and chairs all scattered. There was a lot of ice in the fountain drinks, I couldn’t even put my cup to serve myself a drink. And there wasn’t even a lot of people which there is no excuse to serve and clean the place.

I placed an order for pick up n I purchased over 40 wings all the food including the fries were heavy on the season n salt. U couldn’t even enjoy the food because it was so salty. Even the Hawaiian flavor wings that were ordered had so much season u couldn’t taste the Hawaiian flavor. Poor quality for the amount spent.

This location just isn’t worth going to anymore. Ordered on doordash and asked for mild boneless wings and lemon pepper tenders. They clearly messed up on the boneless wings and put lemon pepper seasoning and then tried to mask their mistake by still putting them in mild sauce but i despise lemon pepper and could taste it right away. Also you could see pepper flakes on the wings and the mild sauce shouldn’t have pepper flakes in it. Bf got lemon pepper tenders but they were drenched in a weird sauce when usually they’re just fried with seasoning. I always ask for my fries to be well done with extra fry seasoning and this location NEVER does it. We got the soggiest fries ever. This meal was the last straw and will never go to this location again. It’s not that hard to read an order off a screen or a receipt paper but this wingstop can never get it right.

Came to eat here after a long day of working, the food was fresh and hot, waited about 20-25 minutes even with a full house of customers. The cooks were quick as I saw through the window, cashiers were nice and attentive to me while taking my order. Would definitely come again.

I should have taken the hint that you guys dont want to work when you said it was going to take 25 minutes before i even ordered. I ordered anyways and you guys took a full 50 minutes before telling me the order was just waiting on fries. I waited an extra 15 minutes for fries and nothing. When I asked for a refund and everyone went to go hide in the back saying you were looking for the manager. Its ridiculous you guys take forever just standing around. Even to get a refund you guys take a long time. I asked the manager what’s going on and she said “oh sorry, it just depends on the cook, and the one right now sucks” . Please do better wingstop!
