This location is your average Five Guys. The service was really good and the dining area fairly clean. They weren’t particularly busy when I came in, but it picked up while I was there. I ordered a little cheeseburger with pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and jalapeno peppers. It was okay; nothing to rave about, but it wasn’t terrible either. I also ordered fries that were okay.

Sean, the manager was not helpful at all. Very rude. I bought a burger and a milkshake for my kids. Asked the cashier if she could split the milkshake into two cups. She went and asked the manager in the back and I heard from all the way in the back him screaming saying NO. People need more common sense and be more helpful. Customer service is key in every business. Not coming back to this place.

This is by far one of our favorite locations. Everybody is friendly and the food has always been good. We had just gotten back from a trip to Florida and this was our go-to place to re-acclimate to the area. The location is great as well.

Overall, the food was great, as expected from Five Guys—it’s hard to go wrong there. However, my experience was soured by the staff. I understand that receiving an order just 10 minutes before closing might be inconvenient, but that’s part of the job. You don’t technically close until that time, so there’s no reason to stare at me with frustration. It’s not pleasant, and honestly, it doesn’t make for good customer service. Looking annoyed at customers never works out well for anyone! I’ll just come back and do it again 🙂

Price matters and this price is not worth it. The burgers are delicious, but they aren’t $14 each good. Free peanuts don’t make up the difference.

The burgers and fries have rightfully earned nationwide praise for quality and taste.
My only complaint with this location is that the small fries portion is noticeably smaller than I have enjoyed at other locations. Given the price they charge the smaller portion was very disappointing. I don’t know if this was unique to this location or if this is a corporate decision to downsize their portion size.

10/12/24, Noon: The crew on duty did a great job! From the gentleman on the grill to the young lady who took my order and assembled the burger. They produced a tasty product! Kudos! When I’m in the area craving a burger, I’ll drop in again. Thank you!
