Went to the drive through just a few seconds again and tried to order the Four krystals and the lady at the box said she could not understand me and I repeated myself three times and once I repeated myself again on that third time, she yelled at me through the speaker. I mean this was my first experience with krystals here in chattanooga but my god, one does not have to yell.

Got to the store at 7:30 to make a to go order. The signs on the door says dine in closed at 8 pm. The old lady working there comes around and says who walked in. And looks at us and said the lobby closes at 8 we lock the doors at 7. Ee only have 2 people here, I said to her it’s not 8 and your dine in is until 8. She huffed, rolled her eyes and walked away from us. . We walked out. Then she comes to the windows and said you can come back. Oh hell no. Not after your rudeness and arguing with me that you close at 8, lock the doors at 7 and it wasn’t 8. Not My fault. You lost all my business forever!

I know people think Krystals is gross. well I beg to differ I think it’s the best little burger anywhere. no you don’t want to eat here everyday maybe twice a week at most but this Krystals has something I’ve never seen before my entire life and I’m old I’m like 52 and that’s old the people under 30 people over 60 say that’s young and I agree with them. I digress they have plants in the store like lots of plants like a garden not a garden like a greenhouse inside crystals with a k and they have a Christmas tree I still haven’t figured out where they have a Christmas tree so if you don’t like Krystals go there and get a shake or fries or Coke and enjoy the atmosphere of being inside a greenhouse while eating crystal chicks or crystal burgers

I honestly do not eat at Krystal very often but happened to be in the Lee Hwy area and decided to have something different for lunch. As a kid Krystals were 12 cents but now 3 of them a fry and a drink will set you back $10 +. Thankfully this nice gentleman behind the counter pointed out the over 60 menu. My wife and I had the 3 krystals, fry and drink choice for $7 each. The food was perfect, hot and delicious. The place was clean and warmly decorated inside. Probably one of the better Krystal experiences I have ever had. Give the Lee Hwy location a try.

I didn’t go in but the lot is clean. But baby I sat in the lot and ate all my doughnut holes. They make them fresh, soon as you order and they don’t take long to cook. I haven’t tried the apple turnover yet but get yourself two for the best value. KD has the best customer service and is very knowledgeable about the menu. They have a good team over here come check them out!

Okay you’re not going to believe this but this is the coolest Krystals I’ve ever been in. So I’m at the manager He’s a young kid and very entrepreneurial in their store they have a small Christmas tree and they decorate it every month with something you need and something nice. The other thing they do in the store is they have plants in the store. He told me they’re the only Krystals in Chattanooga maybe even the region that is allowed to have plants inside the store. If you like crystals and you like plants you should go check this place out like I said it’s very unique.
