My wife and I have made it a Sunday tradition to have breakfast here. We were never quite satisfied with other breakfast spots in the area. They were good, but always lacking. We like everything we have ordered here! (Well, except for the chicken tenders, my wife didn’t like that.) If you want Mexican, their chilaquiles are to die for! If you want regular breakfast, their pancakes have lemon curd and berries. I usually don’t like chicken fried steak, but they have the only one I have ever liked. Seriously. Everything is good.

Very friendly, attentive and fast service. Great food selection, large serving sizes and good prices. Options to pay online, in cash or by credit card. I had a Basket of cod and onion rings ($13.50). It had a single giant piece of fish and a lot of onion rings. Both were crispy but just a little bit greasy; maybe the oil wasn’t hot enough?
My wife had Asada Street Tacos with Cilantro Cebolla $12.00). The tacos were big enough that the three laying flat filled her plate and, they had double taco shells. Salsa was served on the side but wasn’t quite enough so she did have to request a second one.
Everything was hot and tasty. We’ll definitely go back.
On a side note, so far I haven’t heard of this place ever being closed during normal hours, which was common for the previous restaurant at this location and is very common at the ice cream shop next door.

Lovely Bear Cafe was so great. The 8 of us arrived just before 11am on a Friday, didn’t wait long to be seated. Food was out quick warm, delicious, and perfect. Staff was friendly and on top of our order. Breakfast meals were delicious, but the Carne Asada street tacos were a table favorite!

The service was excellent. They servers were very attentive and nice! However the food was just alright. The biscuits and gravy was cold and tasted pretty gritty. The breakfast sandwich was very salty. You do get large portions.

I never thought I would want to go 200 miles for scrambled eggs, but I have no idea how to replicate them here and the same goes for the rest of the food as well! Service was fast and friendly, and it was so refreshing to see all the staff working happily together. Atmosphere is definitely diner, but cute, kept up diner.

The carne Asada tacos were SOooooo good! Pretty sure those were homemade tortillas. The meat is high quality had great flavor. And I could have seaten the salsa by itself! Thank you for a great lunch!!
