Always a lovely trip to Crookston when I make the stop here! The folks who own it are super personable and have a great selection of food, drinks (try the cold coffee!!) and even sweet treats!! I highly recommend this store!

Was stopping through town and wanted to check it out since we knew it was all gluten free. Our son has celiac and there is awesome grocery and bakery items that we had never seen before. The cupcakes were amazing! So glad we found this little joint for our son.

Stopped here this morning to grab a lunch for on the road while driving across the country. They had several premade choices. I opted for the Chicken salad sandwich with rice and cranberry. It was delicious! I wish I bought a few more to throw in the cooler for tomorrow!
I also bought peanut butter cookies and chocolate cookies. Both were great! Fave was the PB, couldn’t tell it was GF

Honest review from a judgy coffee snob Yesterday was my very first time going into Wonderful Life. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG!? I live here for crying out loud! Not gonna lie, the FB posts of those pumpkin cupcakes with the cinnamon frosting had me in a choke hold and were the sole driving factor in my what was supposed to be a quick in and out trip… I just HAD to go get some!! I took my oldest daughter with me to go check it out so I wouldn’t look suspicious We walked in and I was immediately mind blown. The place is huge! I had no idea! The cozy little sitting area greeted us, but it was the amazing aromas of fall baking that melted my entire existence right there at the door. My emotional support decoy (oldest daughter) snapped me back to reality with the “ma! let’s go” and we were off to explore the store. We were happily greeted by the man working and he was super helpful with all my over stimulated questions. SO MANY THINGS! SO MANY SMELLS! I could only imagine this is what it’s like when you bring your Dog into Petco for the first time without a leash. After about 30 mins of me ooo’ing and ahhhh’ing we finally made some choices and headed up to the counter. NO REGRETS!!!!! My sugar free Vanilla oatmilk Iced Latte was DELICIOUS! (I honestly did not expect to be impressed with how picky I am about coffee drinks). It was the perfect “sweetness” (for a no sygar allowed person like me, thats a big deal and really hard to achieve.) The cold brew was not overly strong tasting and was super smooth. The child got a tropical smoothie. Lemme throw some truth at you quick… THAT SMOOTHIE WAS PHENOMENAL! It was so fresh and savory. you could taste every fruit individually in each sip. So refreshing and not thick and gunky or watered down. On to the baked goods… We of course got the pumpkin cupcakes with cinnamon frosting and then decided also on Monster cookies. YOU GUYYYYSSSSS!!!!!! I entered a different dimensional matrix after a bite of that cupcake. I’ve never tasted a more fresh pumpkin flavor EVER. That frosting needs a patent and a trademark ASAP. I AM SO IN LOVE I of course had to have a bite of a monster cookie and I was not disappointed (I mean how could I be after the entire experience thus far?) The entire container was gone before bedtime so my family had the same love for them apparently
In closing… You have my heart now Wonderful Life! I need to try ALL THE THINGS! I’m sorry it took me so long to just walk in and experience the magic for myself! see you soon! *grabs keys cause I need a latte NOW-aaaaand we’re out of pumpkin cupcakes *

I eat here at least once a week. I am so thankful they are in town, because I and my husband are gluten intolerant and Wonderful Life is entirely gluten free! Many of their in-house baked goods are entirely dairy free as well. They have a different soup for every day of the week that they are open – I highly recommend all of them, but Kale Sausage is my favorite. Also, they make specialty coffees!

Was traveling through Crookston & had high hopes after reading the reviews that they had lots of vegan options… Sadly did not find that was the case. Not one of the many baked goods was vegan. Everything contained eggs and dairy. The sandwich wraps were all meat based and the only vegan thing was frozen pizza and a few other frozen items except some candy. Def not the level of health food store I’m accustomed to. Ended up going to subway for a veggie sandwich instead. Bummer vibes!!

My absolute favorite business in town. The owner is extremely educated about all of his products and is great at giving trust worthy recommendations as it pertains to what you may be looking for. Only the highest quality grocery products from organic/vegan/clean/all natural foods (cold or shelved), snacks, an entire wall of different herbal teas, all natural herbs, bottled/canned beverages and also delicious and unique kombucha flavors on tap. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and the owners The smoothies are almost addicting, and there’s something for everyone here. Must visit

Wonderful selection of gluten free items, as well as other allergen friendly items as well. As someone who is free of many foods, it’s nice to find a store where I have multiple options.
Besides the grocery store part, they have a great bakery and hands down, the best cupcakes I have ever had. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions. Definitely going back the next time we’re in town

Fantastic customer service and AMAZING monster cookies! Makes for a great date with the kids or to go. I love trying out new canned beverages for making fruit cocktails. They also brew delicious kombucha now! And sometimes they have great local produce and eggs in the fridge.
