Food and drinks are absolutely amazing! Today is my 2nd visit in a week in a half.. the skillet is a must!!! The margarita flights are awesome but can’t go wrong with the house margarita! True, not best area… But, haven’t had any issues and the food and drinks are fabo!

We went on a Thursday night. They play specific music tailored to whatever crowd is present at the time. It wasn’t overly crowded, and the outside set-up is nice. This was our 2nd flight. The flavors are really good. We sat outside which was really hot in the summer, especially when drinking alcohol. They have portable fans, but I suggest they install a couple ceiling fans. The food is fresh and really good. We had chicken nachos. I anticipate going back, but will sit on the inside during summer months.

Do not come here by yourself. When it’s not busy and you’re sitting at the bar, a lady keeps pressuring you to by more food and drinks. I got asked “are you okay” like 10 times, no exaggeration.

This place turns into something else after a certain time. The food was mediocre the drinks were good. 1st time here and didn’t know what to expect. I believe if it turns into an adult atmosphere no kids should be allowed in after a certain time. Seeing young kids there where things turned into a “club” in a sense was completely inappropriate and the owners shouldn’t allowed. I gave it 2 stars because the drink were the best part of the menu.

It took 40+ minutes for my 9 tacos to arrive without any of the normal dressings on them. I asked the waitress to call the manager Fernando over. I asked him if he thought this presentation was acceptable. He immediately tried to blame the waitress for this mistake after she told him I wanted everything on my tacos. I told him, “No, it is the cook’s fault.” The food took almost an hour to come on and it was dry. I had to build my own dry tacos.
Based on the conversations I had with the manager, I think he made need more management training. The things he said and did in front of customers was not becoming of a manager. I initially thought this place had recently opened but was informed that it had been open 2.5 years. They should have worked the kinks out by now. I will not return for more bad food and long wait.

Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s a language barrier that creates a lot of miscommunication. For the type of cuisine, the menu was limited and unimpressive. The flight was sweet and lacked flavor. My rice and beans were over cooked. The made to order guacamole was swampy. The Hennessy margarita was laughable at $20 for one shot. The utensils and drinkware were very old worn. The prices are entirely too high for the offering. I don’t think I’ll be back here.

The food stayed hot. The stars are for the chef and the bartender. I had shrimp tacos, and my partner had a chicken burrito.(her rice was cold) The service wasn’t good, and the restaurant had flies everywhere. Also I had to clean the table with my Clorox wipes because it was filthy. The seats had chips all through the crevices. I just feel like if you’re gonna be open during a pandemic, cleanliness should be a TOP priority. Also, I am a tourist so I knew nothing abt the receipt being needed to get out. I tried to explain to the security guard that I had put my receipt on the plate that was picked up, and that I was from out of state and honestly didn’t know. He was so nasty and rude. My waitress literally stopped in the middle of her taking an order to talk to him. I really appreciated that from her. Idk if I’ll visit here again.

While the service was great, the”award winning” margarita was very nasty. I had to force myself to drink it as they wouldn’t refund it which was understandable. The wings were not good either. Might come back to try the actual Mexican food but it’s not looking good.

New find! This was my 1st visit and it was amazing. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The prices are reasonable and they have a Vegan Menu. The Talipia Fish Tacos on corn tortillas had seasoned crispy fried fish with fresh toppings of lettuce, cheese, and sauce. Real jalapeno cheese popers that brought the spicy heat. The best dish that was like being in adapted sister’s kitchen was the Shrimp with Tequila Lime Sauce with rice and mixed steamed vegetables. The Traditional Mexican desert was the best tasting desert that will take you to the panaderia. This is the best place to visit for homemade style Mexican foods.
