*Travel to Nelson location before this location*This location appears to be clean. Which it is. However the service and food quality did not meet my expectations during the first or second visit. I could blame it on the waiter, but I won’t. It took 5 minutes for us to order drinks. Another 5 minutes to be served the drinks and then another 10 minutes for us to order. Finally after 30 minutes without food, I was debating on leaving. 3 customers that arrived before us was served by the time we received our drinks. There were multiple employees there, and not very many customers. Next time, it would be nice if the other staff members could check in on guest who look agitated.
Take your time to go to the Nelson location. I have never had issues with that location. The staff and food is wonderful there!

Very entertaining to watch. As soon as I walked in I knew something was different at this location. There were thirteen employees. It is “training day” here location this morning. If you have eaten ever at a Japanese restaurant, this Waffle House is like a redneck hibachi. I think that it is really amazing to see the cooks running the grill like they are a conductor in front of an orchestra.

The cooking area had fly’s around the raw food. Everything was nasty and unkept. Most Night Shift employees uniforms looked unpresentable. Morning shift had to come and pick up the slack from the last shift
