I catered lunch for my staff of 12 on Employee Appreciation day and they were beyond happy with their lunch. We previously ordered lunch for our staff from a different restaurant in Oak Lawn and it was a horrible experience. This establishment went above and beyond, our lunch got here on time, and it was excellent. Thank you!

Ordered a Chicken bowl , basically got a veggie bowl , young girl on the line , acted as if giving the right about of meat was coming out of her pay check . She even gave my sister and I even the guy in front of us , small portions of rice . To the point everyone kept saying um more rice please . Being polite while paying our money , still seeming as if we were being scammed . These workers really have to respect customers money because now days I’m going to higher ups ;Just because low balling is unacceptable and a slap in the face . You would think considering the fact that most chipotle locations are rated below 3.3 stars; Higher ups would do something about it but they don’t . SMH can’t wait until cava comes to evergreen .

If I go out of my way to write a review its for good reason. Firstly, the hours for this location are OPEN AT 10:45-11:00 PM “Daily” So far, the 3 times that I have shown up at 10:45, they have opened at 11:20. Secondly, there is an employee (Porscha) if thats even her name. Extremely RUDE. Degrades customers and acts as if she is above them. She unlocks the door and doesn’t even open it for any of the customers standing outside. Just unlocks the door and walks away. Mind you we have an old lady outside FREEZING, a pregnant lady, and a few construction workers. We go inside and I ordered my usual that I have gotten from this location MANY times. All of a sudden they wanted to say “Extra rice” is an extra charge, I have had chipotle for YEARS and never been told that it costs extra, they were doing it to be petty. After telling the Hispanic lady that it’s not an extra charge and that Ive been ordering it this way for YEARS she put more rice. I get to the register to pay and am treated incredibly disrespectfully by a worker named “Porscha” who tells me if I don’t fix my attitude she won’t give me my food. This is the same lady who unlocked the door and walked away by the way… so i told her I didn’t want the food and left the store. If you see a bigger woman named “porscha” expect disrespect

WORST chipotle ever. I have been multiple times since Covid and nothing has changed.
1. Least efficient line management I have ever seen- Instead of 2 people working the line like every Chipotle in existence, they have 1 employee working the whole line and stacking 3-5 orders in the middle and end of the line!
2. Have been multiple times 25 minutes past their opening time and they said they are still getting ready and lock the door!
3. I politely asked the manager what is going on, and the “manager” shrugged and said “it is what it is”.
This seems to be an area manager/ store manager staffing and procedure issue that has not been fixed in 5 YEARS. Don’t take my word for it, look at the hundreds of other 1-star reviews.
I look forward to the generic Chipotle response to fill out this chat link. Will be boycotting for another year like last time.

Staff are rude and look at their drink drinks. Just look at the pictures. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE MOLD AND MILDEW AND GROSS BACTERIA GROWING INSIDE OF THE DRINKS

i eat chipotle all the time, this was my first time at the oaklawn location. i don’t know if they safely checking the temperature but it initially made my son throw up 30 min after consuming it. I just thought he ate it to fast but later on that night i threw it up and had an upset stomach. when they was making the bowl they was out of the ingredients in the front the employee step aside to add the missing ingredient from aswell i tried to tell the manager she need major leadership training she said “i dont know what to tell you, i dont think we should remake the bowl if you got sick” exact words. All managers need severe training. A well trained manager wouldve said bring back the bowl i’ll make sure everything is right not basically admitting that i will get sick again because they not doing temperature checks, that was weird response saying its not point of remaking it just for you to get sick.

Poor service. Have been going there for three years on weekly basis, bur recently my order ended up being a bowl full of rice, a teaspoon of meat, and a spoon of water from salsa, not to mention poor attitude from two of the servers. First time they made it right and remade my order, but today same servers same problem, paid $15 for half bowl of food. Will not be going back, will spend my money elsewhere .

Came into this store on 11/8 at 6:30pm – a few people sitting at tables eating nothing crazy or busy. The moment I walked up to the guy at the counter I just KNEW either my food was going to be messed up or there was going to be a problem. Nonetheless, I said “Hi how are you?” – NO RESPONSE, just gave me a blank stare until I then said can I have 2 bowls to go please. When I tell you, every time I opened my mouth, this guy huffed and puffed and sighed SO loudly that it echoed through the room. I kept telling myself ignore it maybe he’s having a bad night. We get over to the salsa section and I said oh shoot can you please add fajita veggies i’m so sorry, he SLAMMED his hands down and sighed so loud and put 3 little veggies on the bowl – I continued to ignore it. THEN, I said can I please had the red salsa and he said “UMMMMMMM ok so yeah this is called our MILD sauce” with the biggest eye roll and such a belittling tone. I stopped my order and asked if there was a problem because it seems every time I open my mouth I hear his mouth making loud sighs and noises and he immediately turned into victim mode saying “mam please stop I just want to complete your order” and was then told if I didn’t finish completely my order I would be asked to leave! Mind you – I was coming into this location after having multiple orders prior messed up at this location and my mother being treated poorly but I thought maybe it was just a fluke and my order was half-assed and I was even charged for extra meat i wasn’t given! I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again.
