Delicious ice cream, and you must try their little coffee shop. It’s is so cozy especially during the winter with the fireplace on. This is a Hidden gem.

I was really looking forward to trying the Apple Cider Boat Sundae and asked before ordering if it was still available. The staff said yes and asked if I wanted two or three scoops, I chose two. When it came out, though, it was served more like a float rather than the sundae I expected.

When I went back to ask, they explained that it’s only served in the “boat” form with three scoops. I wish that had been mentioned when ordering, as I would have opted for that instead. The presentation made it a bit tricky to eat with the donut wedged in the middle of the cup, and the caramel-to-ice-cream ratio was a little off.

Plasko’s Farm creamery in Trumbull has some of the best homemade ice cream in Connecticut.. hands down. It’s always creamy, fresh, and a great mix of seasonal specials. It’s a true Fairfield County favorite and a spot our family always looks forward to visiting.

Our small family business Sound Soap Co. love supporting other local businesses that care about quality and community. Plasko’s is always worth the trip

Went recently with husband. We had a great time!
The coffee shop was so cozy and cute had an iced coffee that was delicious and hubby had a pumpkin chai that he raved about.
The ice cream parlor was clean and organized with a fantastic variety of baked goods to buy. the ice cream was some of the best I’ve had in so long!!
We did end up taking home some cinnamon scones that went perfect with my morning tea for the rest of the week and a bumble berry pie that didn’t make it to dinner time.

Stopped here on a whim and I’m so happy that we did! I’ve heard of Plasko Farms for years, and I can see why it’s so popular. The cafe area was adorable, and there were so many delicious looking treats to choose from. I enjoyed hot chocolate and Bundt cake, and my husband took a walk to the ice cream shop side and got a scoop of black raspberry chocolate chunk. We really enjoyed the flavor, and it was so creamy! They had some really unique ice cream flavors, and we can’t wait to come back in the summer to try more. Such a wholesome spot!

Plasko’s is my go-to for tea and ice cream! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. And they are so good about allergies! I have celiac and when I alert the staff to this they make sure nothing gets cross-contaminated and will wipe down the milkshake machines before mine get made. And It’s the only place where I can get a gluten free ice cream cake that’s reasonable priced. Plus they have donkeys and pup cups!

We did the corn maze at plaskos farm today. $10 per person. Interactive game to find 6 different numbered photos. Took us about 30 mins which is was nice compared to another corn maze that we frequently visit near our home. The paths were rocky but pretty open compared the one we usually do. Some parts of the maze looked like the corn didn’t completely grow but that was more towards the back. If you do the maze you get a free coupon for a junior soft serve ice cream and a free hay ride which goes around the maze. The soft serve was delicious!! All home made ice cream. We also got an apple cider float. Lots of ice cream options and toppings. They also have a cafe area with coffee and tea lattes and hot apple cider and you can purchase apple cider & pumpkin donuts and pies.

My kids love this place. It’s a local favorite. Some favorited are their ice creams, apple cider donuts and their muffins. In fall they have the corn maze, October they sell Pumpkins and December they sell Christmas wreathes and more. Some Sundays they have events such as the classic car show. Normally when it’s still warm outside. Great farm cafe. We frequent this place.
