Hidden gem in Florence, we had the ‘Tartare’ and ‘Crostini’ as a starter which was incredible, personally I have never seen a bruschetta like the one I had here, made with dired tomatoes, olives, pesto and some parmigiano. After that we got the ‘Tagliata di manzo’, it came with a honey and ginger sauce that paired very well with the meat.
The waiter Alban was very helpful, he would explain the dishes as he brought them.
Overall an unforgettable experience, would definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience. If you sit near the back you get to watch the chef do his work which is amazing. The service was perfect and the food was amazing. Lasagna was unique and with very wonderful flavor. Recommended asking what the waiter recommends as they were spot on for both food and wine! And must have the desserts. It is a new restaurant with the same name, but food is amazing. Would absolutely go again.

I don’t go to places twice, I want to try everything as reasonably possible. But on my first night in Florence I had the steak here and it was so good after two more nights in Florence no other restaurant could really compare so I came back again and had the same thing and the tortellini all’osso buco and that too is really good! If you must splurge do so here it’s an all time recommend!
Post note: the steak was so soft I could cut it with a butter knife (literally no joke)

I came into this place following the 4.6 reviews. Unfortunately, I ordered the 20€ steak, that i spit half of it. It was chewy and full of ligaments! The service was great, salad decent, house wine was good, but the steak not eatable!

Extremely delicious! We walked in on Christmas Eve, this was one of the few trattorias that were open. The menus were photocopies of a handwritten sheet and the prices were reasonable for its central location (it is beside mercato centrale). The Tuscan starter platter contained cold cuts and crostini with chicken liver pâté. Chef showed us our cut of 1 kg Florentine steak before cooking it. It was served rare seasoned with only salt, and the meat was juicy and very delicious. The stewed potatoes were tender and good. Unfortunately the pici cacio e pepe was undersalted, but it still tasted delicious.

We had pasta and it was very good. The taste is rich and the meals feel very authentically italian. The portions were also of adequate size which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was pleasent and the staff were friendly. We don’t speak Italian but had no problems with making reservation and then ordering at the restaurant. The prices were very good given the experience. Overall, this small trattoria feels like a place where the locals eat and not like a big fancy restaurant that will rip you off. It’s a must visit if you are in Florance.

Pizza, pasta, panini (like all Italian food) are heavenly good, but we want to taste something else for lunch. So, based on our location and after reading multiple reviews, we end up here, at La Burrasaca. We had the grilled plateau for two with patatini and salata mista and was so, so good. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender and the sides were also delicious.
Service was fast and attentive.

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner at this restaurant. The service was very quick, each meal was delicious, and all at a reasonable price. Their house wine (both red and white) were good, and their fresh pasta perfectly cooked. We enjoyed every part of the meal from appetizers to dessert. The need filet medium rare melts in your mouth.
