I have been coming to this specific location off and on since it came into Twin (15 years give or take), and every SINGLE time I order a burger they miss bbq sauce on it. I’m not this type of individual normally to complain about such things, but when it happens literally every time I order there, something gets to be said. I am so utterly disappointed. Why have the option to add bbq sauce if you’re just gonna skip it? If it’s so easily forgotten at that specific spot move it! It is inexcusable to miss it every time. I have ordered the same burger here and it always is messed up. I’m so upset I’m just done being nice about it. I’ve given your location the benefit of the doubt for years, and now I’m just over it. Either get your QC to do their job, or move where the sauce is put on. ESPECIALLY since you charge so much for a burger it should be CORRECT. I would very much like a response to this from corporate. This is ridiculous.

Kesa is sooooo nice, professional, and cooks everything perfectly as you ordered with pride and a smile. Hands down the best service and food I’ve ever had from a cheeseburger joint sort of speak. It is a few cents more that McDonald’s but she easily makes me want to tip for the service. Thank you Kesa

Food was amazing! The only thing I didn’t seem to like was the customer service, the cashier I believe Ingrid R listed on the receipt lacked basic customer service skills. Not only that but I asked for two toppings to be removed and they didn’t remove anything upon my request. I could understand if it was busy but there were 2 more customers waiting on their order. The food was good I was just displeased with my missed request.

I like the way the burgers taste. The employees are friendly and seem proud to do a good job. They give you more than enough fries which is the bomb . More places should give out lots of fries like these 5 guys. They also have complimentary peanuts and all you can eat too. The hot dogs are also good to grub on. Also lots of toppings to choose from and all you can drink beverage center.

I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger all the way, Cajun fries, and the strawberry milkshake. The people there did a good job making our food a couple minutes before they were about to close. The only issue I had, was how dirty the tables and the floors were.

At Five Guys the food and the atmosphere are both great. This is a super fun place to go eat. Also, as a doordasher, the wait times here are pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food, but you can expect a bit of a wait typically.

I usually have a great experience at five guys and maybe they had an off day but today was just bland and food was just OK. For the burgers being this expensive having an off day is definitely not OK. The bacon was burnt black, the lettuce on my lettuce wrap was thin and wilted and everything kept falling off. The fries were way overdone and seemed like they gave been sitting there for a while. The employees are normally upbeat and talking to each other updating on things. This time quiet and looked like they hated their lifes. Hopefully next time I’m back it’s better experience.
